I just went to the Apple store not three days ago to get a replacement. They gave me a replacement then moved on to the next customer. Ever since I have gotten home my service has been going in and out. I can have my phone in the same place and it can say that i have 5 bars with 4G, then not two seconds later it will go to 1 bar, after that it will say Searching..for a little over two minutes. Then it will go back to saying that i have 5 bars with 4G, and the cycle will continue. I am not sure whether this is an Apple problem or if it is my service provider. I have talked to several others who have the same service provider and they say that they are not experiencing any problems!
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore. Has any of this been tried?
Unless and until is has been, Apple will not do anything, beyond the basic troubleshooting listed above. -
I am facing this problem while start debugging the Provider-Hosted app through VS2013. I want to deploy the app with same version. So please let me know any solution
to remove the app instance from office365 online, so that I can deploy the same app with same version on the specified "Developer Site".
Note: If I change the version in AppManifesst.xml file then this problem/error gets resolved. But I want to deploy with the same version as
per my business requirement.
The actual error renders while I click to "Start" button of the Visual Studio 2013 to deploy the provider-hosted app, for the sake
to deploying it on say "ABC" site collection (i.e. developer site). I work on office365 online. Therefore, request you to please provide the solution for SharePoint online office 365. The occurrences is:
"Error occurred in deployment step 'Install app for SharePoint': The provided App differs from another App with the
same version and product ID."

Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

What is the best iPhone 4/4s extended battery case? I've been reading reviews for a bunch of them, but they all seem to say the same thing.
Personally most of my co-workers are using the Mophie case. They are great quality but can be pretty pricey. All of my fellow co-workers have been using this case to help with the upsetting battery drain that comes with ios5. I have seen people drop the the iPhone with this case on and seems to be a good sturdy case with an extra 9 hour battery life. Is this possible?No. Apple will not merge Apple IDs, and you can't use the same username and password for multiple IDs.

I understand that when trying to FaceTime with someone it will act as though it is connecting and then the call will close. There are several steps you can go though as listed in the following article, but typically making sure both devices are completely up to date solves this type of issue.

I have been waiting for two days for an app to install on my iPad. Seems like something is stuck as it just keeps displaying "installing". Can not see where I can delete and start over and it's preventing me from updating or downloading any more games. Acts like a corrupt file or something. Can anyone help solve this problem? Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion... but I think my first question would be why these parameters would need re-setting? This is a new machine... It has never been shut down hard. It is used at most 10 hours per week... mostly using Office 2004 for MAC. I need to figure this out as I will soon need it as a Cs2/CS3 - Aperture workhorse.
I too agree that it is best not to use a sledge when a scalpel is needed... but as a novice to the MAC world I may have been misled by Apple support. I seems to have fixed the symptoms ( some) but appears NOT to have addressed the cause... which is what I am after.
Would TechTool Pro detect a bad HD or RAM?
