It won't open at all... that's the problem. When I try to execute the program, I get the 'Photoshop.exe - Entry Point Not Found' error message.

Clean it again, very carefully with a cloth dampened with water only (NOT WET), if it will not come back to normal you can have the screen replaced by Apple, this will not be under warranty.
From now on just use a damp (NOT WET) cloth and a lot of care.
Never spray on the screen, always have the iMac off when cleaning with any kind of conductive fluids (water) -
My ipod is really beggining to irritate me,when i finally get apps sent to my ipod touch thay are still saying "waiting...."and now the apps picture on all of them is blank and i still HAVE YET TO DOWNLOAD ONE APP SUCCESSFULLY! What's going on with my ipod & how do i fix it?
Have you tried a hard reset of your iPod yet? To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
If that doesn't work, are you still connected to a network? Either way try connecting to a different one and downloading another FREE app to see if that helps.

Whenever I try to download an app, it always says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store", even though I am connected to wifi three bars. And sometimes it just goes blak and quits the app. Right after I downloaded iOS 6 this started to happen. Please help me.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I have tried as you suggested, and when opening the "purchased" apps some have the icloud logo next to them, but I only have "OPEN" against "Find My iPhone". When opening it up, it goes through the same routine; needs to be updated before proceeding, and wouldn't update because I don't have IOS8.
Anything else I could try, or am I doomed!

Is there actually a way to talk to a service person at Apple where you don't have to shell out money? I downloaded an app that cost $9.99 and when I tried to use it I get a message that says there is compass interference and to move away from the interference or wave the phone in a figure 8 pattern. Well, now I have a sore arm from constant waving out in the middle of a field and it appears that is going to cost $29 to talk to a person. Does anyone have any idea why this is occuring? As a side note, I can use a normal compass with no issues so it is the phone. From a customer perspective, this is poor customer service.
First of all, an idle threat is one that a person has no intention of carrying out. In the past 16 months that I have had this phone I have become less and less satisfied and found that it is like much of today's technology....over rated and under performing. The one thing that I have never been accused of is not wanting, or not giving help but when a company makes itself unavailable to resolve issues and leaves it to forums run by users helping users, it speaks more about the company than anything else they could do. As I said, I do not make idle threats and I did not threaten you in any way. Guess I'll call this topic done with as it is not and was not the intent to get a war started

When i go to System Preferences and choose Desktop & Screensaver the system locks up and will not show any options. All i get is the circle of color and have to do a force quit. Any suggestions?
First follow the instructions in this support article.
If an iPhoto or Aperture library is the source of your desktop pictures, it may need to be rebuilt, or you may need to update the application to the latest version.
Otherwise, continue as below.
Back up all data.
In the Finder, hold down the option key and select
Go ▹ Library
from the menu bar. From the Library folder, delete the following item, if it exists:
Caches/com.apple.systempreferences
and move the following items to the Desktop, if they exist:
Application Support/Dock/desktoppicture.db
Preferences/com.apple.desktop.plist
Launch System Preferences and test. If you still have the issue, put the items you moved to the Desktop back where they came from and post again. Otherwise, delete the items. -
Hello, my old pc ran vista o.s. and the mother board died but the hard drive was good. I got a new system running windows7 and installed old hard drive to recover pictures and other data. How do I get my itunes and all my music back up and running.

When I click on the down arrow to the right of the link it shows me the link in a pop-up viewer sort of thing but I can't type in it or click in it. When I double click the link nothing happens. When I click on open in safari nothing happens though it looks like the computer is switching out of mail. I rebooted, I reopened mail... no joy.
Thanks for any help.Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

What are the make & models of each of your routers in your current network configuration? Is the only thing you changed is the wireless network name? Which version of the AirPort Utility are you using?
