I got jessie j tickets for the itunes festival and now she's not going to perform, will there be a replacement act and if so am i still able to see them?
I won tickets via the itunes festival to see Jessie J perform on the 15th but now she's unable to perform because of her broken leg (hope she gets well soon!)
I just want to know if now I can't see any act at the festival or if there will be a replacement?
I really (of course anyone would be) am really upset, but accidents happen. I hope I can still go..

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

My daughter made an iMovie project using picures from her Camera Roll and then delted the pictures from her camera roll and now she can not export the project. Does anyone know of a way to still export this project?

To update it all you need to do is connect the phone to iTunes and you can then update it.
If you are using anything less than iOS 5, then you can't update directly on your phone as this is not available and iOS 5 is the first OS where this option was available. -
My podcast used to be listed in the iTunes Store. Now it's not. Why?

I was able to find it by searching, though it was some way down the results and not on the initial results page: you are competing with a lot of similar podcasts: the way to get to the top is to have a more unique title. -
when I add tunes from a CD into iTunes on myMacPro, shouldn't I be able to see them on my iPad and iPhone if I've got iCloud? For some reason I thought the advertisement on TV said "add music here, and see it there.." or was that just photos?
Oh, wait -- also, you took about uploading CDs. I don't think *those* would automatically go to your other devices *until* you subscribe to iMatch or whatever that's called. You have to pay an extra $25 a year to get all your uploaded stuff in the cloud and therefore on your other devices. Anything you *purchase* from iTunes on one device would automatically be sent to the other devices.
I did the Match thing, and it took a while at first to upload all the non-iTunes stuff, but then it worked. The whole thing is still new and has some kinks to work out. -
I just got the new itunes and I can open itunes and see my music but whenI try and go to the itunes store it just loads to a white page. I try and refresh and go to the home page and nothing happens. I can sign into my account and the tabs for the itunes store pop up like they normally would when browsing the itunes store but when I click on one of them, it is a blank page. Is there a setting I need to change? Does it just take an extremely long time to load? Please help!!

I got a request from apple to update my itunes and while uploading the update, the program gave an error message and now I can not open my itunes and fear that all my music etc is gone? what do I do to correct this problem?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

I got a MacBook Pro for the first time and just install iTunes.... how to I get my purchased songs from my Windows 7 to my new MacBook Pro..... please try to make it easier for me since im new to the Mac OS
1) Copy all music files to a thumb drive / external hard drive.
2) Open iTunes on your MacBook Pro (congrats!)
3) Under the File Menu, select "Add to Library." Navigate to the folder with your music in it and click "Open." Bam! Music. -

James GrayBecause you stated that you were looking at audiobooks that you could download to the iPod, and talking about apps only being for the iPad and iPhone and none for the iPod. So, even though the source was the iTunes store, you implied that what you were looking for needed to go on the iPod.
Look, we are not Apple here. We are just fellow users of Apple equipment. We volunteer our time here to try to help people out with issues.
The reason I needed to know what model of iPod you have was because you were asking about apps. However, unless you have an iPod Touch, there aren't any apps you can purchase from iTunes for it. And that was what I was trying to establish. Now that we have eliminated the option of apps from the discussion, we can focus on Audiobooks.
As far as Audiobooks go, you can sync any audiobook that your purchase in iTunes to your Nano.
So, as I indicated in the previous post, if you are looking for Audiobooks then go to the iTunes Store, and in the search bar in the top right-hand corner, type in "Learn Spanish Audiobooks". A list of available audiobooks to learn Spanish will display.

I changed my Apple ID to my new email address successfully for the iTunes and App store but it won't work for iCloud and it won't recognize my password. I read that this can't be done. How am I supposed to get into iCloud? I plan on getting rid of my old email address which is my old Apple ID so how is that going to work?

I changed my Apple ID to my new email and now cannot find any way to access icloud. Unfortunately I had allowed icloud to hijack my airbook files, so of course I am afraid I will lose them tomorrow when I exchange my iphone for a new one and cannot keep an icloud account i cannot access. If I have an apple ID for myself and my wife has just got a iPhone for the first time how can she get the same apps as I have for my iPhone and iPad by getting it off my iCloud?
She can't from iCloud without setting up your iCloud account on her phone. But just sync the same apps from your iTunes Library on your computer to her phone.
Your wife should setup her own iCloud account - which is separate to the iTunes Store accounts. -
I have just downloaded 10.5. it gives me a blank screen for the itunes store. No error message. Internet connection fine and I have checked my firewall settings. Any ideas? Or is the store blocked because of ios 5 release today?

I'm also having problems backing up my iPhone, which I suspect is due to the same issue.
I've tried all recommended solutions on forums and Apple support (deleting backups, restarting phone/computer, disabling/uninstalling third party security software, testing port connectivity) and none of them work.
I will try japiohelp's solution and see if that does anything. -
i used a code i got with my moive to download the itunes version and i was watching the itunes extras, but now when i click on "play itunes extras" it plays the audio but the only thing it displays is the first frame (the movie is catching fire) i deleted the movie and reinstalled from my icloud backup and it still does the same thing. The actual movie works fine, its just the itunes extras
