I had a trial version of Lightroom and Photoshop. Purchased the LR/PS deal. Photoshop still says trial version.
I had a trial version of CC Lightroom and Photoshop. Purchased the LR/PS Photographer deal. Lightroom seems to be running as a purchased app. But, Photoshop still says I have X number of days in my trial.
Any ideas on how to switch PS to a purchased app?

I am having the same problem.
Logout then Login is not working for my case.
History of my problem.
I installed LR 6/CC from Creative Cloud but it fails to open and while fixing it I uninstall all prevously installed apps (LR, Bridge, Photoshop CC)
Now I able to install/open LR6 but it reverted back to trial version and same issue with other apps.
Adobe Customer Care is pathetic (not possible get direct chat).
No idea how to solve my problem.
I fear to trust to Adobe of loosing my lifetime collection of pics.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I recently downloaded a trial version of Lightroom and then decided to get the monthly photoshop membership. Now, when I launch Lightroom, my choices are to enter a serial number to continue the trial. On the adobe website, it says "You can convert your trial to a Creative Cloud complete or single-app membership by purchasing on the Creative Cloud website. After you purchase your membership, your desktop product trial will automatically be licensed upon relaunch." But this is not the case. I do not want to risk losing my catalog and the work I have already done in Lightroom, so what should I do?

Using trial versions of Lightroom and Elements 11, th ecommand to "Edit in Photoshop Elements 11" succeeds in opening Photoshop but fails to open the image. Any ideas?
I have the same problem with PS Elements 13 trial version (fully updated), but sadly this solution doesn't work... there is no 'Support Files' folder, and nothing called 'Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor.app' anywhere else.

I had a trial version of Pages for 30 days and then purchased the actual software without removing the trial. Now when I try to edit documents and save them it sometimes wont because it tells me I am using a trial version.... But sometimes it lets me!! How can I remove the trial version? I cannot tell which one I am using when I open it....

I am using the trial version of CC and cannot get the auto blend layers working despite following many videos on youtube etc. I have selected all layers but no matter which order I select etc all I get is an output of the first file in the stack - help!!

I have the latest Creative Cloud versions of Lightroom and Lightroom Mobile on my Ipad. On my desktop I have created a collection which I have put in a custom order. On my Ipad I go into that collection and set the order to custom order, which I presume means the order I have on my desktop. However, the photos on the Ipad seem to be just random photos from the collection THEN the rest of the collection is in the correct order after that.
Do you have virtual copies in your collection?

You can trigger the Lr Desktop diagnostig log via LR Desktop preferences -> Lightroom Mobile and when you hold down the alt key you will notice a generate diagnostic log button.
The Lr Mobile app log can be triggered when you open up the settings and long press the to LR Icon a diagnostic log will be generated and attached to your local mail client. While opening the settings could you double check if you are signed-in?

If you registered the license with Adobe, then you should be able to download the software from your "My Plans and Products" associated to you Adobe ID. Assuming you are logged in with your Adobe ID, try here:

Trying to be sure I have latest versions of Lightroom and Photoshop (I am on monthly subscription plan). After I sign in - told I need "administrative privileges to continue." The initial downloads went without any problem. I am not sure what to do next. My computer is at home. It is a new iMac.

Using vista 64 bit with current versions of lightroom and CS3
Since the new versions of lightroom and photoshop are going to run on 64 bit I was thinking of upgrading to vista 64 bit. Will the present versions of lightroom and CS3 function in the vista 64 bit environment

Roger LiebermanI use both LR & CS3 on both XP 64 and Vist 64. They wor just fine. In fact you get access to more RAM. Research your printer drivers etc though. That's an issue.

Yes. You can actually run are both. You are permitted two activations.

Do you at least have the serial-numbers for them? Did you buy discs or download them? What versions, specifically?
If you purchased them as downloads from Adobe, they may be available under My Purchases (or whatever it is called, exactly) if you log into www.adobe.com and check the My Account area, then look at the products you’ve purchased.

I use a desktop version of Lightroom and am wanting to move to the Cloud version. What happens to my files, etc., on my desktop when I download the cloud version? I don't want to lose my metadata, etc. If anyone out there knows, please let me know.
I just installed LR CC and am having trouble opening catalogs where I followed the instructions to upgrade. Just posted a question about it.
Discovered a problem when I went looking for some images that were not included in the most recent catalog. After opening up a couple of older ones and upgrading, I went back to the most recent and couldn't opening. Message says it is not writable. And also says it may be due to incorrect permissions. If you have any suggestions for this, I would love to hear them.
