I have 4 bars on my phone in the house but cannot send or receive texts.

The last few days I've had trouble sending and receiving texts even though I have between 3 and 4 bars. I have also just tried logging into my account and it told me it didn't recognise my email (it hasn't changed for years) so I go to register and it tells me there is already an account.

What type of device are you using?
Also are you connected to Wi-Fi at the time?
If you click the Forgotten Details link on My Account and follow the steps. If this doesn't work you would need to Contact Us so customer services can reset your My Account.
