I have a iphone 4s and the wifi settings on my phone randomly went grey and turned off and i dont know how to fix it any ideas?

My wifi isnt working need to know how to fix it because now im using all my data, not sure how to fix it hoping someone will know

How exactly does someone search for a resolution to an issue without the specifics of the issue?
The iPhone never displays any errors with "something about programming".
Before you go any further, stop being vague.  READ the error message and post the precise text of the message here or google it.  Otherwise you risk wasting time, losing data, or possibly bricking the device by doing unnecessary and irrelevant troubleshooting.
