I have a link to pictures now I would like to have them open in a new window

I finally have a link to my pictures with the correct size. I think I want them to open in a new window. This would make it easier for people to go back and forth to different groups. Currently when I click on a link it shows the pictures in a slide show, but is difficult to go back to the home page and click on the next group.

IWeb08; Photo Gallery: Can I have Photo open in a new window?

In the old version of iWeb I had a photo gallery and when a person clicked on the image it would open in a new window. I preferred this to what it does now where a person clicks and they are take to a "review" page of all of the images on the page.
Is it possible to have iWeb 08 go back to the old way of doing this? To open the image in a new window instead?

It's not possible without editing some of the java script files that are associated with the page. Sorry but that's out of my league, and most others here as well. But some of the other members here, like Tom Gewecke, do have the expertise for that.

When you right on the tab header, there is an option there that says "Open in a New Window." This option can likewise be achieved when you left click on the tab header and drag it downward. When chosen (or done), and as a matter of course, the tab opens in a new window.
Sometimes by movement in between tabs, I will accidentally open a tab in a new window, separating it from the other related tabs I have already open. How do I restore or revert that new window back to tab form?

You can drag a tab back from that new window onto the tab bar of another window in the position where you want it. If that makes a window empty then that window is closed automatically.

Links set in XHTML Transitional with target="_blank" are not opening in a new window. I have allowed popups and turned off ad blocker, but the links still open in the same window.

In our organisation the IT department deploy Firefox updates with certain settings and limitations, in the tap-options the checkbox for opening new windows in new tabs where checked but disabled. They made some changes to make this checkbox enabled and now it works as expected if it's check new windows open i new tabs and if it's not in new windows. They never opens in the same tab as they did before.

You need to convert the VOB files in the TS-Folder of the DVD back to DV which iMovie is designed to handle. For that you need mpegStreamclip:

My only guess at the error message is the very odd 13 frames per second recording. I don't know what to suggest.

I GOT THIS EXACT PROBLEM. Here's my solution though: Go to the top of the page and click on HELP. Than Click on FireFox Help. That way you automatically get a new tab and than just start it from there :D Hopefully it'll help?

I'm sorry if I'm not using the correct terminology. When I open a new window or a link I want it to open a whole new window so I have 500 open FireFox tabs in my taskbar if I open that many windows. I do not like having everything open in one window. Used to be I could find how to undo that but you changed everything on me and now only rocket scientists can use your application. This didn't help me at all. I want a separate window to open each time I open a new tab or bookmark. Originally I thought by copying items to library I would be making an exact copy of my originals and that would serve as a duplicate or backup copy. My originals are on my EHD#1 and my iPhoto library is on my EHD#2. But now I realize that I can not view my iPhoto library unless my EHD#2 is connected to my computer (duh!!) Yes you would have to start over from scratch.
But you should really think this through very carefully. Experienced users do not recommend iPhoto used in this mode, and with very good reasons. Among them
1. It's more work for exactly no gain
2. It's unreliable - especially - when the library is on one volume and the photos are on another. One change to the path between the files and the library and you'll be reconnecting every photo in the Library back to the database, one by one.
