I have an IPhone 4 lately its been still on but the screen goes dark then after a while of trying to get it to normal again it goes back now i cant get it to go back now
I have an Iphone 4 and lately the screen has been going dark but i know its still on because i can here it if so,eone calls me or text me .however this morning it went dark agian but i wasnt able to get it visibale agian i tried to hold down the home and power button but then ikt asked me to download or update itunes or it wanted me to recover it so i did and my phone went on for a few min but went off agian so i tryed to do it a few more times and i still dont know whats wrong with it

I am trying to personal hotspot but each time I go into it and tune it on the screen goes back to the Settings page and personal hotspot has disappeared and can not be found. I have tried restarting the phone and also a factory restore to no avail. HELP

I can see if we can get your phone back on! I understand how important it is to have a phone. Have you tried this to see if we can get it back on? http://vz.to/1DZhteH . If it is still goes to a red Verizon screen and then to black we might need to do a master reset. While the phone is off try this:http://vz.to/1DZhXkU Be mindful this is the last resort because it will erase everything on the phone. When I try to upload a movie from I movie with the new iOS 7 it says sign in to YouTube when I do the screen goes back to where are started and it says to sign in again. Any suggestions?

Bring your phone and $199 to the Apple store for an out of warranty exchange of your phone. You clearly broke it when you dropped it.

The screen on my ipod nano, 2nd generation, turns black. It stills plays music. I've tried resetting the ipod to clear the black and the screen goes back to it's original state. But after a few minutes the screen turns black again, while the music is still playing. What can I do about this?
That's just the iPod's backlight timer going off, signaling the iPod's backlight to turn off to conserve battery power.

My iPhone 5 is frozen and when I touch the screen nothing happens? Um it's been going on for 2 days and when I try to type something the keyboard types letters by itself and then when I go to home and try to tap an app it won't let me or open a folder and sometimes it happens and other times it's fine for like an hour until it starts glitching again and freezing. My screen is also cracked but I don't think that's the problem. What should I do cause I have no idea and it's really annoying.
Hey, There are afew things you can try.
- Simply turn your phone off and back on again
- Hold down your home button and your lock button and let goes as soon as the screen goes black (Phone will power down) - Then turn on your phone and hey presto!
- Back up your iPhone to your PC, then restore it..
this ones last cause I think you may have tried it already..
- Close all open applications

I have a HP Touchsmart 300-1020 that powers up but the screen stays black. help!
I've been experiencing problems intermittently after shutting my TouchSmart 300 PC down. For the past few days when trying to turn it on ; the screen stayed black! I could hear the fan start rapid then slow down, I can see the green internal light blinking inside and lights on the outside of the computer but still nothing on the screen! I've tried plugging it into different outlets around the house was successful with one, but then, came the error message;

You have a couple of options as I see it please run the Hard drive and Memory test check if both off then passes if any fails then you need to replace the part. what is the problem when the screen goes dark and you cant' access the search items, also i find it strange that I can access you tube but can't access internet thru safari??
Couple of things you could try : clearing your Safari cache (Settings > Safari > Clear Cache and also try Clear History). You could also try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

actually i bought iphone 4s in nov 2012 and now its not working properly and i lost my bill as well i want to request to get a copy of bill pls.....
You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user technical support forum. If you are having warranty issues with the phone, a copy of the bill is not necessary for Apple to check and evaluate the phone. If there is a manufacturer defect, they will deal with it.
What is "not working properly" on the phone. Maybe someone can help and it not be necessasry to be replaced.
