after update and reset, the page is blank, no access to the virtual store
as I entered the serial number S / N: PX1530U-1ET1 :-) the correct S / N: its not used and i dont know how i can repair it with correct password
What to do about it??? Without virtual store is tablet unusable.

    That'd be associated with trying to connect to the server(s) for one of the Adobe online subscription services.

    These online services are separate and independent of the desktop application Acrobat.
    It appears that you have had / are having internet connection issues.

    A new user(employee) is assigned with EDA responsibility to view/update his personal details and bank details.
    The user is able to view & update the bank details. But he is not able to open the personal details page. He is getting the following error while trying to access the personal detail link.
    HR_BASIC_DETAILS_WEB.GET_READ_ONLY_INFORAMTION: ORA-20002: 3123: Duplicate attribute 'DISPLAY_MARITAL_STATUS' could not be created for item 'HRSSA/28012061'.
    All users except the new user, dont have this issue.

    I'm trying to convert a PDF into Excel but I get the message 'an error occurred while trying to access the service'.
    I have tried logging into my Adobe account online and doing it within there, but once I have exported the file and pressed 'convert' it simply says 'conversion failure' with no explanation.
    My subscription is still valid, so I don't see why the problems?  Has anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it?  I get the error message regardless of whether I'm trying to convert to Word or Excel.
    Any ideas greatly appreciated!!

    Hi SHurcs,
    I'm sorry that you're having such trouble with your ExportPDF subscription. Does this error occur for one particular file, or with any file that you try to convert? What operating system and browser are you using?
    To get us started, here are a few things that you can try:
    In Reader, sign out, and then sign back in.
    Use a supported web browser:  http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/
    Clear the browser cache.
    If you're using a networked computer, make sure that there are no firewall/proxy settings that prevent you from uploading files to the Internet.
    Make sure that the files you're trying to convert are within the file-size limits for ExportPDF (100 MB).
    If the problem persists, please let us know, and tell us a bit more about the files that you're converting.

    i'm continually having issues with trying to convert my files from PDF to excel.  I keep on getting the error message "An error occured while trying to access the service" with no real explanation as to what is wrong.  I've tried several times on several different computers, logging on and off, changing users...same message everytime.  I have a time sensitive project to complete, and can't get it done if this conversion can't be done.  HELP!

    Thank you for posting on the Adobe forums. If you are already subscribed to the service, kindly try the steps mentioned below.
    1) Open Adobe Reader  Edit>preferences
    2) Go to Adobe Online services>change the email address to the one you have subscribed the service with
    3) Go to identity> change the email address there as well
    4) Click OK
    5) Restart the Adobe Reader and try to access the service again.
    If you have not subscribed to the service please do that as, we do not offer trial for Create PDF.

    Adobe has just released an update to Adobe Reader, so if you're accessing the service via Reader, please let us know whether the update helps resolve the issue.

    Please log out, clear the browser cache, and then reload https://cloud.acrobat.com. If that doesn't work, please try logging in using a different web browser (simply as a test).
    Has anything changed on your system since you were last able to log in to Acrobat.com? Are you using Mac OS or Windows?

    I have the same problem when I run the Search-MailboxAuditLog command.  It has been working for 2 weeks but suddenly after moving databases from one datacenter to another and back again it stopped working.  The account running the command
    is in all necessary roles needed.
    This is what I have tested after it stopped working:
    - Search-MailboxAuditLog -Identity "xxxxxxx" -LogonTypes Delegate -StartDate (Get-Date).Adddays(-1) = Works
    - Search-MailboxAuditLog -Identity "xxxxxxx" -LogonTypes Delegate -StartDate (Get-Date).Adddays(-1) -showdetails = does not work and comes with an error.
    "The Exchange Web Service returned an error while trying to access the audit log. Reason: 'Error','ErrorTimeoutExpired',
    'The search operation could not be completed within the allotted time limit. 
    Please try to narrow down your scope to reduce the result set.'."
    This is very bad for us because we use a lot of shared mailboxes with delegates and want to report delegate action on these mailboxes.

    I know enough to get myself in to trouble...but not enough to get myself out
    I am connected to my wireless network. I know what my WEP is. There is a different password when my iPhone connects to the wifi but I know that too.
    I am trying to get in to configure the base station (want to do a port forward).
    I downloaded the Airport Extreme Admin Utility for Windows. My network is listed on the left hand side. I click on configure and get prompted for a password. I have entered all passwords under the sun but continue to get the following error:
    An error occurred while trying to access the base station. Make sure your network connection is valid and try again. Error code -4
    Unable to reset the base station as if internet goes down or new passwords have to be changed on all computers then wonderfully patient flatmates may not continue to be so wonderful and patient.
    2 questions
    Is this a password error or something else?
    Is there any other way of getting in so I can do a port forward with minimum disruption to internet connection for my flatmates?
    Any help would be most appreciated

    Im a bit disappointed. The main reason I went with Apple gear is because people told me "there are less problems" and its "more reliable". I have yet to see the difference with Windows based equipment and Apple gear. I have owned 2 Ipods, an Airport Extreme and an Airport Express. I have had more problems with these than my PC based stuff. Please tell me I am wrong.
