It is impossible to remove the preinstalled apps.
Go to Settings>General>Restrictions and see if restrictions are enabled. If so you may disabled content.
Swipe from screen to screen and look for the app - you cannot delete it.

I deleted the iTunes app. When I go to iTunes to try and re download iTunes it says it it included with my IPAD and there is no download button for IPad only for a MAC.

Could be got moved to another screen. Swipe back and forth between screens, see if you find it. If you don't go to your Home screen (it has the Settings icon) then swipe the screen to the left so you see the white search field top of the screen.
Type in iTunes. See if it shows up.
If not, connect your iPad to your computer. Launch iTunes, select the Apps tab from the menu. Hopefully you'll find it on one of the screens. Just drag and drop the iTunes icon back to the Home screen then click Sync.

I'm having the same problem on my ipad 2. Error message "cannot connect to iTunes" pops up when I open the App store. I can access iTunes app without issues though. This only happens when I'm on wifi at home. At work, I can access the App Store and iTunes.
I don't think it's the internet because I'm using a stable wifi connection and can browse websites. Plus, my iphone can connect to both App store and iTunes at home and at work. This has been ongoing since I updated my ipad to ios 6.

Try going into the control panel, add/remove programs. Uninstall iTUnes, Apple mobile device service, apple application support. Then redownload and reinstall iTunes and see if it'll work
If the computer sees your iPad you know the cable and connection is good, so the issue has to be software.

I have just bought a new WD My Book Studio external hard drive to store all my photo's and free up space on my imac. I moved all the files to the EHD checked to see they were there - checked my back up other EHD to see that they were there then deleted them. I have just come back to view the pics on my WD EHD and all I have is a blank page with a turned down corner called iphoto labraryand no folder - this is the same on my other back up EHD. When I try to open them it says there is no application to open them with. Have I lost all my photo's? 354gb (the info on the page says theat amount is there) and how do I get them back? It sounds like you have deleted the iPhoto Application.
To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2. Download it from the App Store to reinstall It's on your Purchases List* there.
For older versions that have been installed from Disk you'll need these additional steps:
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 or later they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
*Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always.

There isn't an iCloud app, I'm not sure what it is that you have deleted, but it isn't iCloud.

Everytime i click to go to my itunes, the message "The Itunes application could not be opened. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation." pops up. I have tried my best to fix it by adding another account to my computer and setting that one as the administator and mine as the regular user. When i did that the itunes worked on both, but when i changed my account back to administator and the other account to the regular user my account didnt work but the other one did. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall itunes. This message popped up when i tried to update the itunes to the newest one. And still it wont go away. Can someone help me please. Thanks!

I am getting the following error when trying to open iTunes: "The iTunes application could not be opened. You do not have enough access privileges for this application." I am logged in with the admin (and only) user account on my laptop, so I'm confused as to why this would start happening all of the sudden.
I poked around in the control panel trying to find random options that would fix it, but nothing has. I'm running Windows 7.
