I have dial-up, and when I delete my browser history, the facebook games refuse to load for MONTHS until magically one day, they decide to open again. How can I make them load right away?

I am using a gateway laptop, and Windows 7. I use Netzero as my dialup service, using my phone line. I deleted my browser history and cookies, but I left all passwords intact. Whenever I do this, the games on Facebook come up with a LOADING bar, but they hit 100 percent and never actually load. It does this for months, and one day, they magically (Without me changing any settings) decide to load when I click on them. How do I make the games load, and prevent this from happening every time I clear the history?

You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.

To see the complete list, you may need to unhide hidden purchases. If any apps were download from the App Store using other Apple ID accounts that you control, sign in to the store under each of those ID's and check the purchases.
At least one of the items listed in the search window is not among your purchases in the App Store. Move each such item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator password. Empty the Trash.
Log out and log back in. Test.

My bookmark seperators in a newer version of Firefox are too light. I seem to remember in older versions they were much darker. How can I make them dark again. Now I can hardly see the seperator.

both running OSX10.5.8, and using the default FF 3.6.6 theme.
The separator lines are so faint as to be not there, giving the impression of just a big gap in the menu being displayed.

That got me closer, but I'm not quite there yet. On each ofthe two computers I've allowed all users File Sharing and Remote Management. Each computer has an address 192.168.1.2 (or 4). When I enter those addresses into "connect to server" the reponse is either 'drop box' or 'public folder'. So it seems that only very basic sharing is allowed. I have'nt set up a public folder on either one.

Delete [http://kb.mozillazine.org/sessionstore.js sessionstore.js] and sessionstore.bak in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Profile Folder]

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note).
