I have disabled my phone on vacation and do not have my MAC Book with me if i take it into an apple store can they restore it so i can atleast access my phone?

I have disabled my IPhone while on vacation and do not have my MAC book with me and it will not let me restore it on someone elses computer. If I take it into an Apple store can they do this?
