I have FiOS Quantum 150/65, but the fastest speeds I can achieve on the newest Airport Exprress are 65/50. Anyone know anyway I can speed up my connection on wi-fi?

Current Setup:
FiOS modem to Actiontec Router (I think FiOS requires you use their router, as my airport can't pick up the signal directr fromthe modem)
Actiontec connected to Airport via the Airport WAN Port
Airport set to run 2.4 and 5.0 GHz networks, with auto connection, and allows b/g/n connections
The fastest speedtest I can achieve on wi-fi via my macbook is 65/50. Any suggestions on how I can increase my speeds?

I think I have figured out the problem though. I'm using the older Verizon Actiontec Router. The physical output from that router is only 10/100 Ethernet, so the input on the Airport is maxed out at 100Mbps. I tested by running two tests on speedtest.net simultaneously on two separate computers. Both measured at 49Mbps down. That would be just under 100Mbps. I know that the theoretical limit on 802.11n is 300Mbps, but that would only be on the wi-fi network, not connected to the web.
I just tried installing the new router Verizon sent me, but the new router is dead on arrival. Of course, this is the one that supports 10/100/1000 LAN connections...

Welcome to the world of digital media. Your can't really transfer it. I don't know what the rules are about transferring to your spouse but I do know that in some cases when you die, your heirs cannot inherit your digital media. This is why there is still an advantage to buying the CD since the usage rights belong to whomever holds the physical media.
A possible workaround is to burn the songs to a music CD with yout account (tracks only without song titles) and then having your wife upload it as a regular music CD onto her account. It's been a while since i've done this so I'm not sure if it would work now.
Please note that I'm not advocating copyright and/or TOS violations. I'm only suggesting ways to copy music for your own personal use which has traditonally been permitted. I only did this because I wanted to convert iTunes songs to mp3 files so I could burn them onto a data CD for use in my car. It would make sense that since married couples are a joint entity, this would be personal use.
Also, I'm not a lawyer so don't take this as legal advice.

Get a Virtual Macine software program, Parallels, VMware Fusion or VirtualBox, and install XP in a virtual machine.
You can't install XP in a Boot Camp Partition with Lion or Mt Lion, only Win 7.

Welcome to the Apple community.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID, verify the changes, enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone".
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, verify it once again, delete the iCloud account from your device and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

Why does it matter if it a scam????? I'll let you figure that out by yourself. If I'm going to replace it, why should I be contempt with a battery that I have to replace within months (as stated by some people in the comments). The issue here is not if I should or not replace it OBVIOUSLY I'm going to have to before it starts going crazy. The underlying issue is why is the replacement battery for a lack of better words " a bit crap." It comes with a 3 month guarantee?? Is that a joke?!??!?! Some people complained it malfunction after only 8- 9 months? I'm sorry but as an Apple fan I think it's absolutely rubbish. You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

Have you talked to your carrier (or your friend to his)? Could be an issue at their end.

Try the following steps:
1. Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.
If you have been through ALL of the troubleshooting steps and you're still having problems, then you'll need to bring your phone to Apple for investigation.

The way I did it was I got the free app sync:stream from the App Store and then added my ipod to my ps3's Bluetooth devices. Then went to audio settings and set output and input to 'Skaggs iPod' you then open the app and it will be listed under music as a media service. You then go to all tracks and click copy (press triangle) it will then begin to copy all of your songs onto your ps3 via Bluetooth. I haven't tried but I assume the same can be done with photos. You can see photo stream photos on icloud.com. You can only see them on an iOS device or computer that is signed into your account with photo stream enabled. If you want to see them on the web, you would have to add the photos to a shared stream using the public website option enabled (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmc0cd7e99). This gives you a private url allowing you to view them from any computer browser.

I have a 2009 MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard. I do not think I will upgrade to Lion because I was warned that it may conflict with some of my applications.
There have been so many reviews that talk about how Aperture 3 is so slow and spends too much time searching for Faces and eventually crashes. And, many reviews mention that you need to add to your RAM which I can't do right now, especially on a 3 year old computer.
There are some copies Aperture 2 on Amazon. Would that be a good place to buy a copy or a used copy?

Obviously you haven't read the reviews of Aperture 2
FWIW I use Ap3 on both a 2010 MBP (8 gigs of Ram) and an 2008 iMac (4 gigs) and I have no crashing issues whatever. Remember, you can disable Faces if you don't want to use that feature.
