How do you know that the owner lives outside your country?
You are wasting your time here as whomever lost the phone will most likely not look here as this is not a lost and found. If the phone is unlocked (doubtful) try calling some of the contacts on the phone so maybe they can reach the owner. In anycase turn it over to the police. They are probably better than you at trying to locate the owner.

If they were deleted from your camera roll that should have resulted in a corresponding decrease in the estimated size of your next backup.
If it's still saying that you don't have enough storage to back up, read through this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4847. It provides some suggestions for reducing your iCloud storage, such as deleting unneeded email.
The other area to look at is your text messages. These are included in the backup. If you have lots of photos and videos attached to your messages, that can significantly increase the size of your backup. If that's the case, deleting these may make a big difference.

It has been indicated that both of those cameras will be supported in the final release of Camera Raw 8.7. But there is no announced release date. There never is. I assume it will be before December 31. But that is only my guess based on the fact that the release candidate expires then.

lost mode don't depend of the sim card. If you take your Iphone on Lost mode... anybody can use it with the original card sim or with an other one.
Did you try to localise it ?
But hope that thief don't make a restore of the Iphone... Call your Mobile Operator to try to block the IMEI Number.

Well, yes.She sounds pretty scattered. Sellers have only 7 days from payment to ship, if we want to keep our Seller Protection. You could ask for a Mutual Cancellation, which ends the transaction for both of you. Because she does sound kinda ditzy, don't agree to an MC until you have your payment back. You can leave feedback with a Cancellation. Or you can ask eBay for a refund with an Item Not Received dispute. This is much harsher on the seller, but if she can't prove DELIVERY (not shipping, delivery), and does not refund, Paypal will and then go after her for their money.

mattminsch, I know that you're excited to get your new device and we are too. The demand for these devices would most certainly be high and depending on the model that was purchased. Currently for the time frame that was mentioned the ship date would be 10/31 for most models. Once the device has been set to ship only then would you see the order change from processing to shipped. Do you remember what model you purchased?
