Purchased Online number days ago and still nothing...

Hello,
We are rather dissatisfied with your service. We purchased an online number from you days ago and the status still says processing. Our credit card company reported that the 60 dollar payment cleared yet we recieved nothing in return.
What exactly is going on here? I'd sure like an explanation as to why the product I purchased has not been delivered after you took my money. And what of the  50% discount for having a skype phone subscription? Will 30 dollars be returned to my account for this?

Can I get an update on the status of my Online Number purchase please? If not, I'll be forced to cancel all services and demand a full refund.

    I just checked your account; you have two subscriptions to Acrobat Pro (one purchased on October 1, and another purchased today). As no serial number is required to use your subscription, you should be able to download and install Acrobat, and then sign in and use it. If you're getting a specific error when you try to install or sign in to Acrobat, please let us know, and we'll get it sorted out.
    Ad for you having multiple subscriptions, I would suggest that you Contact Customer Care and ask that you have one canceled/refunded (unless, of course, you need both of them).

    This is a user forum, you are not speaking to Apple here.
    You will need to contact iTunes support here, regarding this issue. They will usually respond within 24 hours.

    ACTIVATING FACETIME AND IMESSAGES
    Activating Facetime and Imessages on your phone requires the ability to send SMS messages and depending upon where you are that might be an international SMS.  Check with your carrier to see if your plan supports sending of international SMS messages.  If you are having trouble activating Facetime or Imessages turn them both off on your device and reset the device (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost)).  Wait for the device to restart and wait a minute and turn Facetime and imessage back on and wait for activation.  If that does not fix things read the following articles:

    I posted the following 6 days ago and now I see that many others have the same problem.
    I have read and tried most all solutions posted WITHOUT success. I have used Reader for many years
    without a single problem until now. I read somewhere on this forum that Microsoft bought Adobe a while
    back...if this is true...I have my answer. If this is true that Microsoft bought Adobe a while back...we will
    probably get a solution when one is available from Microsoft...but we will probably have to pay for it.
    I am not trying to be nasty...only realistic.
    Here is my problem:
    I am trying to install Adobe Reader 9.2 update.
    When I try the install I get the following error:
    "Update  Failed...cannot install the update. Please run Adobe Reader Repair".
    I then run the Adobe Reader Repair and get the following ERROR.
    "Error 1402 Could not open key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\OpitionalCompo; nents\MSFS.
    Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or  contact your support personnel"
    I am logged in as the  administrator on my computer.
    I have searched the Internet for  instructions but none has helped me correct my above problem.
    Here are my computer specs:
    Windows XP
    Version 5.1  (Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.091208-2036 : Service Pack 3)
    Physical  memory available to Windows:  1,046,620 kb
    I use Mozilla  Firefox Browser version 3.6..as my broswer.
    I also have  installed on my computer Internet Explorer version: 7.0.5730.13
    Cipher Strength: 128-bit.

    This is totally incorrect. I followed the suggestion very carefully BUT it did not work. Plus I have tried all other suggestion
    that I thought would correct my problem that I have read on this forum... and they did not work.

    looking for an "answer" I am looking for a SOLUTION to the problem. I believe that as a loyal Adobe customer we all
    deserve a comprehensive solution and not the type of insinuations that you seem to infer. Shame on you!

    Keeping current plan, but downgrading when it ends:
    Settings>icloud>Storage & Backup>Change Storage Plan.  Look at downgrade options.  There you can choose the plan you want when the current one ends.

    I really wish the forum mods would make it more obvious when it comes to creating post titles vs the content... now we have no idea what we missed out on.
    First of all Jetpacks don't consume data, your personal devices do.  If your data plan is starting to reflect high data usage then one or more of your personal devices are to blame.  That means that for the time being you should get into the habit of powering on and off your Jetpack only as it is needed.  This will curb off the strange or late night download sessions so that they only occur when you are actively using your Jetpack.
    From there its a game of cat and mouse to figure out which device is demanding all the data from the VZW network.  You have to  use isolation techniques in addition to trial and error to find the source of the data leak and put a stop to it.  Sometimes that means bringing the device to a hotspot and letting it finish its updates.  Sometimes that means a new VZW device.  Sometimes that means termination.  Adding more data doesn't help the problem, its a band aid at best.

    I ordered broadband on an existing bt phone line on 17th June and was given an activation date for 3 weeks later.  My activation date was Monday and 2 days later I am still without a connection.  The website tracker syas that "Your Broadband order is in hand with a member of our team, if there are any issues we will contact you. Please continue to check online for further updates"  The Indian call centre promised me a call back as they needed to contact 'their supplier'.  24 hours on from that phone call and this hasnt happened.  Would a mod be able to give me their contact details so they can look into this to find out what the delay is and how long the process might take.  Working from home means I need a continuity of internet provision moving from one supplier to the next.

    Just finished a live chat session as the promised returned phonecall never materialized.  The operator said that "The reason for the delay is regarding the ground work for the cables to be connected from the exchange".  How can this be the case when it's BT broadband coming through an already installed BT phone line that has been carrying broadband from another provider.  It's not BT infinity as that hasnt rolled out to this part of Bristol yet.  In the live chat he said that I should have broadband by 13th July, which is a whole working week after the promised start date.

  • Ordered new Internet service a month ago and still nothing!

    At the end of August I placed an order to upgrade the speeds to my Internet (sounds good so far doesn't it verizon). Well it's now September 28 and I still haven't received anything from these people. I've called about 5 times in the past month, the first call I was told I don't need anything done because it's just an upgrade to speeds and should take hold within the day. The second call I was told I need a new o n t box (a211 instead of the box iI have now) and they would have to send a technician out to do so. The tech guy walks in my door looks at my router and says everything is fine and walks out the door. I check my service the next day and low and behold no upgrade. Call 3 "sorry about the inconvenience we'll be sure to fix the problem,transfer transfer transfer, the problem was we're seeing that the tech guy put in order completed but it's not showing the new o n t box was installed! We'll get a tech guy out ASAP! Day of installation nobody shows. No we're on call 4, (at this point I'm calling to cancel because this is absolutely ridiculous, three weeks have went by and I'm still waiting for the new service at which Verizon would be getting paid a higher rate from me and they are treating the situation as screw the customer we don't need him or his business) " we understand your frustration but if we can fix the problem would you be willing to try again? We can set up a new appointment for you ASAP and get your new service up and running. I will personally make sure the work gets done correctly as I am leaving notations in bold and all caps on your file. " I myself was exhausted by the ordeal but did want higher speeds on my Internet so I said" sure we can try again". This is where the biggest load of bull came in. The tech guys come to my house and state "the order that was put in was a repair job and not an installation so they can't do the work"! Are you **bleep** kidding me! Is this the way you people at Verizon do business! The worst part of it all is the fact that over the phone your reps seem to know what their doing but can't communicate it to the rest of your people to actually get the job done. UNACCEPTABLE! Call 5" once again I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the trouble we've caused I understand that you want to cancel by now and I would too if I was put through this ordeal but can we try one more time to rectify the situation, if we try I can offer bull**bleep** deal after bull**bleep** deal and get your new service installed at your discretion"? The kicker is I accepted the **bleep** deal because I really need a higher speed Internet. Let's see if they add more fuel to the fire or actually fix the issue. Verizon practices in customer service thus far has been absolutely deplorable. Try thinking about the customer for once and not your bottom line! If they do screw up again I will cancel service and go somewhere else for television and Internet service.
