I installed the new system. I hit the arrows on the top right and now I have no dock - no favorites - no apple bar - I can't even close a window or shut down the computer. Please help
I installed the new system yesterday. A few minutes ago I hit the new arrows in the top right of my screen. I have now lost the dock, the apple bar on top, and my favorites. Could someone tell me how to get my old page back, please.
Press the esc key.
or move the mouse pointer to the top of the screen.
Menu bar and toolbar should drop drop down.
Click the blue double arrows at the top right corner.
Application is in FullScreen mode.

I have about 80,000 photos on my Mac. I wanted to use icloud. I needed to download the newer version so, for 14.99 I downloaded. Problem is, now I have lost my photos! I tried 3x to but it always stops working. HELP!

Just got my ipod stolen and now I have changed all my passwords assigned to that ipod, can the person who stole it still see my updated emails and also can they see my facebook, although I changed the password to that too.
If you changed your facebook password they will not be able to login to your Facebook account.
Of course, other Facebook users may be able to see some of Facebook information depending upon how you have your privacy settings configured. -

When you connect the iPad to the computer can you see any apps in the apps list at all in iTunes?
Connect the iPad to the computer and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Apps Tab on the right.
Do you see apps in that apps list? If you do, click on all of the apps that you want to sync.
Click on the Sync Apps Heading.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes -

I have a iphone 5 and I used to have 2k pics on it well I kept getting the " no storage is available" message so I deleted all of them and now I have 300 and a handful of apps and not that much music or videos and the message is coming up again..can someone shed some light on this for me? I tried to set up a remote desktop connection between my MacMini and my work computer. It was not working so I hit cancel, but then the big black screen of death came up and will not go a way. I cannot close my computer nor quit the remote desktop connection. How do you close a non-responsive application? By the way, I am new to Mac and it is not as simple as hitting the Control, Alt, Delete. Please help.

Try ( alt + cmd + esc ). Gives you a menu of running applications, and a chance to "Force Quit". -
I done the update, it then said to plug into itunes - once i plug it in it crashed and now just has the apple logo on. it wont load switch on or off. Please help!!
Restart computer. Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB Cable. Hold both home and power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. This usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Click the Restore button of iTunes.

Please can you help me!
I gave my daughter my old iPhone 4 which had hardly any apps and worked quite happily until she added instagram, candy crush and cooking fever.
Maybe it's a red herring but since then the phone keeps 'looping' and shutting down.
I did an RFU (that's pretty good for someone like me!) and that seemed to work for HALF a DAY but then we are back to the same problem.
It got worse when I did a restore of her data - perhaps there's a bug somewhere I don't know but we need this phone to work!
All suggestions to restore this phone so we can use it will be greatly appreciated

Great troubleshooting so far. Have you tried not restoring from a back up? Because you said that it got worse after restoring the data that is where I would start. She can still install those apps and you can still sync over contact information from the computer or if she has a syncing service like iCloud to get that over.

Programs keep shutting down when opening - please help
Hi,
My imac keeps shutting down my programs when I'm using them. For example I can change my screensaver image to images from a chosen, when I try the program shuts down, same as safari and mac the ripper. Some of my other programs do not even open for me, like pages and keynote, they just do nothing. Pleas help its getting really annoying and I've tried to find out whats the problem but nothing I do is helping.

Have you tried creating a new user account and launching the apps there? If they work under the new account, then it is possible that you have a corrupted pref file.
I had this happen on my eMac, but it was when I was a newer Mac user and didn't know much. I ended up reinstalling to OS - which corrected it - but that is a bit drastic.
Let's not do that, but try some other troubleshooting first. -

Hello can somebody please help me? I had this laptop just sitting around so My niece needed one and I thought I would clean it out with the disc to out of box condition. Didn't want any of my stuff left on there. Little did I know I would spend 3 full days trying to get it to work. Long story short. I got it to work with IE 8 hooked her up with yahoo account and facebook account. It still needed minor adjusting so I shipped it from Fl. to NJ and when I took it out of the box and plugged it in...............yep .....no goodski.........Please help....what in the world could it be? I took the battery out and just plugged it in. No Good. It turns on blue light for about 2 or 3 seconds and then shuts right down.
Please, any suggestions will help...I wanted to suprise her for Christmas with it. I will try anything...Please...

I recently upgraded my iphone 3GS to the new ioS 5.1. After I did this and synced my phone, it won't let me play any audio from apps, itunes or music. It will allow the phone to ring but that is all. When I use viber I have to press this button and change it from docking to iphone. I take it that the phone thinks I'm permanently on a docking system.
It also will not sync my music back to my phone. My music is on itunes but it won't let it sync.
I have restored my phone twice and it still won't work - HELP!! Please???Your device is broken. If you want a device that works better than the one you have now, then you'll either need to bring your phone into Apple for out of warranty exchange ($149), or find a 3rd party repair shop in your area and see what they can do, if anything at all.
