You can't transfer a balance from one account to another account, it can only be used on the account that it was originally redeemed onto.
If on your old account you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

I have the iTunes program for Windows. Last night I upgraded my 4th generation iPod touch to the ios 5 software, which wiped out all my music. I put some of the music back on my ipod after it was restored, but then I tried changing the song information under the 'get info' option. The changes saved and registered in itunes, but no matter what I do, the changes won't appear on my iPod's music library. Any suggestions?

Hi. I just added $25 gift card into the redeem in the app store and purchased four different apps for $4.99 each. I was planning on purchasing one more app at $4.99, but showed that I do not have the $5.00 in my redeem. Instead I have only $4.80?!?!?!?
Is there taxes that's going on here?

You do not need to "sign up" for downloading updates. Just run Software Update and let it access them directly thru the App Store.

You must have your iTunes and App Stores set to the same country that your billing information is based in (i.e.: must use a US credit card in US iTunes and App Stores).
If you move to another country, you need to change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account. Otherwise, your credit card might not work as payment. For example, only German credit cards can be used to buy content from the German iTunes and App stores.

When I send them they arrive in seconds.
Ask the recipient to check Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.
Also see if you are able to resend the email by following these steps.
If the problem persists, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer. -
I just bought the 5s. It's showing the correct applie ID but the iCloud ID is showing an old email account and I can't change it
To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Since it is only the headset that is the problem and not the iPhone it would be better to just buy a new set and not let yourself be frustrated over it. If you send anything to your sister before the one-year warranty is over, include the headset so she can exchange it at an Apple store.

Creating that blur using my brush. When I paint the area, which highlights in red, I bring the clarity down to create more of that blur but what ends up happening is that my entire image changes too and becomes blurry. Not only that but the area I painted also becomes over exposed. What can I do am I missing something here all I want is to blur a section and not change the rest of the area I am painted by automatically becoming over exposed. Does anyone else have this problem that can help me?

Save up some money, set it aside for a future build. There are plenty of new platforms in the works.
