I'm trying to back up my iphone 4s to my icloud. But I can because of my wifi on my phone don't work! what do i do? i keep getting notifications that my iphone hasn't been backed up since 3/15/12. But i just backed i up to my Mac Book. My Phone has like no storage since i cant back it up. its horrible.
My 4S stopped automatically backing up at night when I updated to the new OS. I cannot manually force it to either. Possibly an issue with the new OS??

YongDo a device reset as outlined below. This will clear the message and allow you to use your device again.
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally. -

You first have to subscribe to iTunes Match through iTunes on your computer and have your music library in iTunes uploaded/matched before you can enable it on your iOS devices (see http://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/). Without a computer you won't be able to use iTunes Match.

I am getting a warning message on screen, saying that myiPad hasn't been backed up to iCloud for two weeks, and advising under what circumstances the message appears. My problem is, is that I have backed it up, but am unable to remove the message, and whilst the message is there, the iPad is frozen, and I cannot do anything.
Has any other user had such a problem, and if so, how did they rectify it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up -

I thought apple did not charge your card till the product shipped.Good question. My order still shows Oct 5th Delivery, but status just changed to "Preparing for Shipment", and my card shows the charge processing. Hope it's soon

Restored it from a backup and now there's no music on it. In the music tab it iTunes says: Thomas iPhone has access to music on iCloud. Songs can be fetched via WIFI or a mobile network. The pnly thing I can chose to sync are voice memos.
What can I do?If you want all the songs from an artist on your phone you can to to the artist view, tap on the artist, scroll to the bottom of the list and you will see a Download All button. This works for playlists and albums too (scroll to the bottom and tap the Download All button). I suppose if you wanted all your music on your phone you could create a smart playlist in iTunes on your computer that would contain all your music, upload it to iTunes match (Store>Update iTunes Match), and then you would get a Download All button at the bottom of this playlist on your phone to download all your songs.

I keep getting notifications that I need to sign in to iCloud using an old email address
Ever since I did the latest update, I keep getting notices popping up on the screen that I need to sign in to iCloud. The problem is it wants the password to an old address I haven't had for several years and don't remember the password to. I've checked my iCloud account on Apple, they do not show that address as a current address. What gives?

It sounds like you change the Apple ID but did not sign out of your iPhone before you made the change. To resolve the issue, you need to change your Apple ID back to the old account and then sign out of iCloud to satisfy the prompt. When changing it back you your old account it will not ask to verify. Once you are done, you can change it back. For more information, take a look at the article below.

I purchased the new iPhone 4S tonight. Previously used the 3G. Synced the 3G, plugged in the new 4S and got message could new iPhone did not have 10.5 and to go to iTunes and download. Did that on both new 4S and made sure iTunes on Mac had 10.5. Tried again. Got same message. Cannot sync new 4S to iTunes and restore to move my photos and contacts to new 4S. What can I do?

On my ipad I have an iCloud Back-up alert that will not disppear, I am unable to use the ipad as I press OK and it won't do anything, any ideas???

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
