I keep getting notifications that I need to sign in to iCloud using an old email address
Ever since I did the latest update, I keep getting notices popping up on the screen that I need to sign in to iCloud. The problem is it wants the password to an old address I haven't had for several years and don't remember the password to. I've checked my iCloud account on Apple, they do not show that address as a current address. What gives?

It sounds like you change the Apple ID but did not sign out of your iPhone before you made the change. To resolve the issue, you need to change your Apple ID back to the old account and then sign out of iCloud to satisfy the prompt. When changing it back you your old account it will not ask to verify. Once you are done, you can change it back. For more information, take a look at the article below.

Which storage are you looking at.
There is the physical storage on your iPad, then the 5 GB of storage in the cloud for backups.
If the problem is iPad storage, you should look at:
General
Usage
Storage >
This list is how much space is being used by your applications.
ICloud >
This is your backup storage, which you can also view by tapping
Manage storage
Show all apps
Now you know what is using space, you can transfer photo and video to computer, delete unused apps, delete the data in apps you don't need to save. -
I keep getting notifications that my e-mails (which I never sent!!) could not be delivered to recipients unknown to me. I can find no trace of them in my "messages sent" file, despite of the fact that I have the option of keeping copies of sent messages set "on". I keep getting calls from (removed), so I added that number to my list of calls to block. It doesn't ring anymore, but I keep getting notification messages that say "Call back (removed)". Why do I receive this when the call should be blocked?

Message was edited by: Admin ModeratorOkay, you are correct the call is not supposed to ring in. Have you done any troubleshooting on the phone? First off, try power cycling the phone. Turn the phone off, then back on again. If that does not work, then try a reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot. See if that changes things. Is the caller using the exact number that you blocked, or is it possible they are using another number, or have restricted the Caller ID?

I just updated to OSX and keep getting notifications to download new versions of Pages, Keynote and Numbers, would these be free?
Normally, that would be excellent advice. But in this case it is not thought to be necessary.
The new copies will be installed "loose" in the Applications folder. The originals are kept in the iWork folder in the Applications folder. If you do not like the new versions, they can be discarded and the original versions will be used again.
The new versions have many new iCloud features, but some users have complained that key features they require are missing. It is thought that Apple will add them over time. -

I keep getting notifications about my Startup Disk being full, I've gone through and deleted a bunch of files, and burned some big projects to disks and removed them from my laptop, but I still get notifications. If you have external or thumb drive, back up your data and try to install this:

And delete document files that you don't need.

Someone I don't know is using my email address as their Apple ID to sign and purchase apps ect and I keep getting notifications in my emails. How do I stop them from using my email address????????
If a person is using your email address, you should change your email password and make sure there aren't any forwards to some strange email address.
An example if you were using gmail, under account settings, a forward can be set up to send messages to another email address.
If your email address is say, you own domain, such as somename@somename dot com, make sure the forwards are forwards you set up.
If your email account was hacked and the bad guy has access, you need to cut him off, first by changing the password and second cut off any message forwarding to the bad guy if he set it up. Just changing the password would keep a bad guy out, but if the bad guy set up a forward, he will still get your email.
A confirmation from Apple would have come to your email address in order to confirm that Apple ID. If you are getting the other person's purchase notifications, you would have gotten a confirmation of that account from Apple. -

What's up with the iPhone update server. I have repeatedly tried in recent days to update the IOS software on my wife's 3GS iPhone but keep getting message that the iPhone update server cannot be contacted. The phone syncs normally and I am sure I am connected to the internet properly. Also I have successfully updated ITunes software during this same time frame. What gives??

i keep getting banner that there is 8 apps to be updated, when i go to the App Store it says all app are updated, how do i get this to stop?
It seems that every time I start up the IPad the banner over ITunes shows 8 or more in the banner. I have completly signed off of the ipad and it still comes up. Any suggestions? It seems to have coincided with IOS 7 being released, I have not downloaded IOS 7 to my IPad or my Iphone at this time.I"m not sure exactly what to do because once I got mine sorted out I can't exactly replicate it to test it, but it's like somehow your ID gets messed up.
I tried to download an app, then Apple thought that I'd never bought anything from my device so went through the whole 'give your secret questions' thing and ended up having to call apple to get them to reset.
Long story short, the inability to update has something to do with the App Store not recognizing your device, even though part of it does recognize your device (which is why you get the little badges)
You could try downloading a free app and see if you can verify your ID. Or you can poke around in here
