I'M TRYING TO GET INTO YAHOO GROUPS AND GET A "CONNECTION HAS BEEN RESET..." TYPE MESSAGE??

I'M SORRY FOR THE CAPS BUT I HAVE OLE EYES, ARTHRITIS AND CARPEL TUNNEL!!!!
I STARTED HAVING THIS PROBLEM A FEW WEEKS AGO AND IT HAS PROGRESSED TO TOTALLY BLOCKING ME FROM GETTING INTO MY YAHOO GROUPS AT ALL!!! EVERY TIME I TRY IT GIVES ME THIS SAME MESSAGE AFTER IT TELLS ME AT THE BOTTOM THAT IT IS CONNECTED TO THE GROUP -

THE CONNECTION IS OK - BUT I DON'T KNOW ABOUT FIREWALLS AND PROXY THINGS BUT I GET ALL THE OTHER SITES I LOG TO!
THIS ALSO KEEPS HAPPENING WHEN I TRY TO ACCESS FACEBOOK BUT IT DOES LET ME IN SOMETIMES?!?!
I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO OR WHERE TO LOOK ON MY SYSTEM TO FIX THIS (NEED COMPUTERS FOR DUMMIES 100!!!! 101 IS TOO ADVANCED!!!!) I'M ON AN HP 2000 NOTEBOOK PC WITH WINDOWS 8.

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

After holding the sleep button down or even doing the hard reset the same screen comes up on my phone regardless of whether it is plugged in or not to my computer. I have turned my computer off and on again. It is plugged in and charging as it's battery life is very short. I also reset my modem and the same error message pops up. The only option on my computer when my phone is plugged in is to restore it. My firewall also allows Itunes through it. I have literally tried everything I know being someone who knows very little about technology. I also do not want to hear about how the update worked for other people. My phone has been in recovery mode for 5 hours at least now so it will just make me more frustrated if a bunch of people post about how the update worked for them.

Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything... and you must continue with the Recovery...

Firefox 2.0.0.20 is the last ever version of Firefox for Win98 / SE / ME.
You can get it from here, but you are better off using K-Meleon (derived from Firefox) or Opera instead an old version of Firefox:

If you are receiving e-mail messages that indicate that someone is trying to reset your Apple ID password, they may be phishing scams. Do not click any links in those e-mail messages, and if you make the mistake of doing so, do not provide your current Apple ID password on the page you are directed to.
Unfortunately, in this case, there's nothing to be done except treat those messages the same way you would any other spam.
The other possibility is that someone is actually trying to reset your Apple ID password. My unibody macbook (latest 2010 model) wont connect to my home wifi. When it does which is rare, it is very slow. I have tried everything from renewing DCHP lease and such. This has been going on for two months.

It will not connect but my other apple devices can connect and the wifi works very well. I have moved houses to my house wifi isnt the same as the old one. Also, i have to type in the password every time even if i click autosave. Sometimes it also says invalid password or connection timeout. This has been going on for two months and is getting really annoying. I've tried most of the solutions listed on other discussions, none of them work. Any other tips? Thank you. How do I get into a disabled phone If the code has been forgotten?

My son changed his code to keep his brother out, and either enteres it wrong or is remembering it incorrectly.
I have never had to deal with this before and I'm not sure what to do.
He tried multiple codes and is now locked out for 60 minutes.
How many times can you even try?
The device is a new iphone 5 and hasn;t yet been synced to itunes.

I'm trying to change my apple ID and it says it has been verified, but it still will not change on my phone, so I cannot access my iCloud or iMessage, what am I supposed to do to fix this problem?

I have been trying to change my Apple ID for my iPhone account because the e-mail on there is an old e-mail that I cannot use anymore. I have went on the website and went through all of the steps of changing it, and I've changed everything to my updated e-mail and verified it as well. On my phone, it still has my old e-mail address, and keeps popping up any time I try to access iCloud, iMessage, etc. that my password or e-mail is invalid. I'm not sure why it's not changing on my phone or what other steps I'm supposed to take in changing it.

I have the following problem: I try to open Google, Youtube or some other pages and I can't use them. All I get is the "Connection has been reset" message. Help?

The only way I'm able to use Google and YouTube is by using HTTPS, but the thing is that by using HTTPS, I can only use SSL Google, which lacks Images and several other useful features.
As for YouTube, it's perfectly normal.
Wikis load like snails, and some don't even load at all. Not even with the HTTPS. Also, when I try to update Java, it tells me that my Internet Connection Settings are wrong. Not sure if that's the problem, though.
If it's any plugin I'm missing, I'll gladly install it (just don't trick me into viruses, please).
I've already cleaned my cookies (15 times, no kidding), checked the firewall, etc.
I haven't checked my Internet Settings because I don't want to screw things more than they already are. But I doubt that's the problem.
I checked for viruses, spyware, and the like, but my anti-virus software (ESET) detected nothing.
I've also went to the Network "Repair" in "My Computer" and restarted my PC twice.
I really need things back to normal, so any help would be really appreciated.

The error message occurs when I login to buy music and says:
