Skip the iCloud sign in for now.
Once you reach the home page, go to settings and sign out of FaceTime and Messages. This should also sign you out of iCloud.
Go to iCloud in settings and sign in with the correct Apple ID.
If that does not work
Skip the iCloud sign in
Go to Apple ID.apple.com and sign in
Change your Apple ID to the old one
Delete iCloud account on your device with the old Apple ID and the same password.
Go back to the website, change your Apple ID back to the current one. You will receive an email to verify the account. Verify first.

Music plays at startup and at random times for 10 to 20 seconds at a time, how do I stop this?

When using Firefox music will start playing at random times, it only last 10 to 20 seconds then it quits. Then at random it will start playing while browsing or when at rest. this is very annoying and I need to figure how to turn this option off.

Only when i go to a different browser (like IE) after i clear it , then all that shows up is the pages i visited in IE , that is what bugs me , why is IE browsing history sowing up in Firefox ??
Basically , i can clear the history in Firefox , and then for a example , go to Craigslist , using IE7 (launching it from a complete different Icon , in other words at that time i never open Firefox) , then after closing out , or even leaving open as it does not seem to matter , i go into Firefox , and hit History , and there is every place i visited in IE7 , on my History in Firefox

Ichat only connects for a few seconds on Tiger but not on Leopard??

I have two laptops, a MBP with 10.4.11 and MB running 10.5.2..
When I am speaking with someone on video ichat on tiger, the connection only lasts for a couple of seconds then freezes and shows error messages like "No Data sent in last ten seconds" and Insufficient bandwidth" although my internet connection is fine, I have 6mb download and 450kb upload with a Netgear wireless Modem CG81..
On my MB with leopard, I can speak anyone else fine and don't get any error messages?
My MBP with tiger has been set in system prefs for the quicktime streaming speed as 1.5mbs?
What else can I do? Why is this happening?

I could not see anywhere that I would clearly suggest was the equivalent place in any of those pics.
It may not have it.
It may be the other end.
But it is common with Netgears so I would search all the menus.
Also keep an eye out for anything that says about blocking or allowing Internet Pings
If you have a Later device or have upgraded the Firmware it may well have UPnP.
On most Netgears that have this it is ON by default.
If it is left on it will clash with the Port Forwarding.
As to setting the ports. Some devices set Protocols for the ports (UDP or TCP and sometime Both/Any) whilst doing Port Forwarding. (not all do)
Check that the ports that are used twice (5190 and 5298) are set to allow UDP and TCP as that is most likely what you came across.
In the Second Link they have "Both" showing in "iChat6" and this matches "iChat1"

I downloaded a song and i tried to listen to it but it will only play the first half of the song and then skip to the next song.

I downloaded several songs successfully to my ipod nano (5) but this particular song when i tried to listen to it would play for the first half and then skip to the next song in the playlist like the ipod thought the song was over.

Did you download from itunes? If not, some websites save the song too quickly or in a format that glitches.
I've had this problem before with both itunes and non itunes purchases, try deleting it and re-downloading.

No, you do not need to nor should you jailbreak your iPhone.
If you jailbreak your iPhone, you void any remaining warranty and lose
all support from Apple including this forum.
4 possible causes to activation server unavailable message:
1] activation server is actually unavailable. Happens very rarely and
does not last long on those rare occasions. Solution is to try again.
2] your firewall/internet security software/antivirus are preventing connection
to the activation server. Solution is to temporarily turn off your firewall/internet
security software/antivirun until you have activated your iPhone.
3] your iPhone has been jailbroken or otherwise hacked/modified.
4] the computer you are using to activate the iPhone has been used to
jailbreak an iOS device.
For causes 3] & 4] you are on your own as Terms of Use for this forum prohibit
discussion of jailbroken/modified iOS devices. Google may provide some direction.
Be advised that jailbreaking/hacking your iPhone may prevent the iPhone from

any new tabs opened go to yahoo search, I prefer using google to search, yet there does not seem to be an option to change this. Older versions of Firefox opened tabs to your home page, this version doesn't, nor do I have a way to change the setting in the options menu that i'm aware of.

I gave my old iPhone to my partner. We reset it and set up new e-mail accounts for her. But in Settings the iCloud account is still in my name . How do we change this?

I gave my partner my old 3GS. Everything worked well for a couple of years. Then a week ago she was not able to use her gmail and yahoo e-mail accounts. With the yahoo account she is being asked to give my ID and password. We have deleted and restored the accounts.
WHen I look at settings, it appears in ICloud that the phone is still registered in my name? How do we change this? In doing so will she lose all her information from the past two years?
We backed up the phone to a pc two days ago.
MY worry is that the backup has the incorrect information so we may get into a cycle of restoring it and not fixing the problem.

In Camera Raw 8.4.1 I can open dngs from 3 years ago, but it's using the old interface and functionality not the current - how do I change this. Have rebuilt cache.

Running Creative Cloud on an HP with 18Gb Ram - I'm working on a project using 3 yr old dngs and when I open in my up to date Camera Raw it uses the old interface with 'contrast' towards the bottom and 'recovery' below 'exposure' - how do I get Camera Raw to open with the current interface?

If you're referring to the Process version, you set that in the Camera Calibration tab of ACR.
Also keep in mind that any images with prior adjustments will show the Process used when they were adjusted. That can also be changed in that tab.
