I need a tech wizard to help me with my 2405fpw

He guys. Just recieved my 2405fpw on this forums suggestion and WOW I love it. All is going well but for one thing. How are you guys getting audio from the component connection?
I am using this as a dual tv and monitor. I purchased some logitech mm50 for my ipod and planned to use them as auxillary speakers for the 2405 but ran into a small hitch, they just have line in audio. They don't have the component connections. Nor do my old speaker set-up
Is there a way to convert the component signal to line in? . . . how are you guys using your 2405 as a tv?
I looked in the manual which says exactly ZERO about the monitor, just warranty stuff, so I am kinda lost here.

Sorry all had to edit as I had used both the wording composit and component (I am using component ie the three plugs)

If this is on an iOS device and you created a new Apple ID for some reason, go here:
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > tap your Apple ID
Sign out and then sign back in with your new ID. Note that you will need to continue to use your old Apple ID to update any apps you purchased through that account.

Look inside PC. If you don't HAVE any PCI slots (ISA or EISA only?) that's a sure sign it won't work, but I doubt the machine is THAT old, over eight yrs not to have PCI.
Ordinarily, you can walk into a computer store (best buy, goodGuys, CircuitCity) and find a "PCI" USB adapter. Be sure you get USB2.

I desperately need a wizz kid to help me with my apple ID situation!

I've been trying to purchase an app but it shows my old Apple ID whenever I go to put my password in, and even my old password doesn't work either. I'm stuck and need a wizz kid please!! I've already got my old ID registered and new password etc so why is it still showing the old one when I got to buy an app!!? Frustrated. Hope someone can help me/it's urgent!

Can anyone help me with Error Message 3036??

I tried to contact tech support about this. Well, that was a dead end. They told me I had a firewall that was blocking the downloads to resume and sending up an error message, but no cigar, because guess what?? I don't have Firewalls!!! Anyone older, wiser, and more experienced out there (aka tech wizards) to help a poor lost soul out?? Basically, I open iTunes and notice that there's downloads available to send to my PC, then I click the 'resume download' button, and the error message "Unable to check for downloads. An unknown error occured (3036)." pops up. I thought if the error was unknown, they wouldn't know that it was "Error 3036", but apparently 'Unknown' doesn't mean unknown anymore. Please, please help me!!

My old sound card RealTek`AC97 worked fine and I had sound in all my speakers. Yes I have removed the old card and un-installed the old drivers for it. Support have to go over some things first to make sure you've tried them. If it hasn't helped, just mail them back and let them know. It sounds like like you have the settings correct (CMSS, 5. in speaker selection), so there must be something wrong in the installation or configuration of the software.
The CleanBoot troubleshooting page on Microsoft's Kbase might help, although, it sounds like you covered a clean install aswell so that would normally help.

Need advice on Network Extender Help

Hey guys, new to the forum and new to Verizon. I just bought a network extender from another verizon customer. He said it was only used once, and when i received it it stil had the wrapping around it. I tried to connect it to the internet and the WAN light is just a constant red. i called verizon tech support, and they thought it was my router not letting it connect. They guided me through the steps to open the ports and other things, but that still didnt work. they told me to contact samsuung and see if they could help. When i called samsung,they were clueless. they said they could not help me with the product, you would have to contact verizon. (Really?!).
So i went downstairs and connected it to my moden straight-up. AND STILL the WAN light stayed constant red.
Am i missing something here?hahah. I had sprint and had one of their extenders and it worked perfect, no modifications need on the ports or anything.
You guys think the extender is bad?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Red WAN LED means that your NE cannot obtain an IP Address. See page 17 of the NE User Guide for more info:

This means your NE is not playing well with the local network devices like your modem or router (whichever is in charge). IP Addresses are distributed by the default gateway (DHCP Server) on your network, normally this is the job of the router. When no router is present the modem will some times act as the default gateway and attempt to hand out IP's.
Sometimes booting your devices in the correct order is all that is needed to clear up an issue like this. Try alternating the sequence of devices that you boot. For example try booting the router first, NE second, modem third, etc. I'd bet with the right sequence you can correct this issue on your own.

Need to get wireless remote to work with Flash Presentation... HELP!!!

I know almost nothing about Flash or Powerpoint. I was given a Flash presentation I need that I'd like to show at meetings using my new wireless remote, but I can't get it to move forward & backward between slides (works fine using arrow keys on the laptop keyboard - Windows XP Pro). The remote works fine with Powerpoint presentations, so I know the remote is ok. Is there some setting/command I need to allow my Flash presentation to work with my remote, or do I need a special remote? I already talked to the remote tech support (Keyspan/TrippLite) and they were totally unfamiliar wirh Flash and simply said that their unit works with Powerpoint as advertised, which was true, but they couldn't help me with Flash presentations. Can anyone out there help me?? Thanks very much!

Ok, I'm officially retarded. I followed the link you gave me, which led to another link about fullscreening (a .zip file) which I decompressed and ran then escaped out of it. I then looked at the gobbledygook programming language code and I found where it said "trapallkeys" but still haven't the slightest idea how to get my remote to work. Is there some utility file which I can run which already has this "trapallkeys" function compiled into a nice simple executable that I can run prior to or in conjunction with my Flash presentation which will let my wireless remote controller flip through my slides? Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the page that opens.
Select the most recent panic log under System Diagnostic Reports. Post the contents — the text, please, not a screenshot. CC is for retail use with 20 GB of storage space, CCT is where number of seats are purchased & assigned by one program admin where each seat gets 100GB of storage space.
You can not have both the CC & team in one account as it will only provide you added storage space of 120 GB but you can activate the CC any of them or either of them twice as CC is based on Adobe ID.

That means it can find the Hard Drive, or can't find the things needed for booting.
See if DU even sees it.

2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)

Because you can only synce with one iTunes library and you are switching libries by using the new computer. To nake this yyour syncing computer:
- Move all the media(apps, music, synced video and photos etc) to the new computer.
- Connect the iPofd yo the computer and bake a backup fo the iPod by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup.
Note that the backup that iTunes makes doe not include media.

So just to be clear, when you say "just bought" how long ago was that? Is it on this new iPhone that you had pictures, texts, etc that you want? Were you backing up to iCloud or onto iTunes?
This may not help for everything but if you go to iCloud.com and log in, are you able to find your pictures there?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We're users here and do not speak for "Apple Inc."
Some basic printer troubleshooting steps before worrying about a printer driver:
1. Have you tried turning the printer off and back on?
2A. Is the printer attached with a cable?
     If yes, have you tried unplugging and re-plugging both ends of the printer cable?
     If that does not help, can you test the printer with another cable?
2B. If your printer is not connected to the computer with a cable, have you tried restarting your printer (assuming wireless connection)?
     Have you tried restarting your wireless router?
3. Have you tried restarting your MacBook? (Be sure to save your work first.)
4. Does the printer have ink? (Doesn't usually generate a 'communications error' though)
5. Have you updated OS X or the program you're trying to print from recently?
