I need to buy Jdeveloper before using it?

I have downloaded Jdeveloper from internet and saw many demos on internet on how to use it.
I want to develop application using Jdeveloper and deploy on the server, but i think before this I need to buy this.
Can anyone clarify me, what I should do?

JDeveloper is free to use.
If develop a plain Java/J2EE app - it's free to deploy.
If you use any of Oracle's ADF/SOA/etc - you need to have a license to deploy in production.

A tip is avoid doing things that eat up battery power right after it has been charging. Do I have to declare the P_INTERNAL_TABLE as an internal table or ABAP will automatically know that this is an internal table (I will always pass in internal tables when I call this form in the main program)?

You must declare it before you use it. In this case, you are declaring it in the signature of the FORM. So here it is declared. But when calling the form you must pass a valid internal table name that has been declared before hand.
For example.
report zrich_0001.
data: itab type table of string.
perform upload tables itab.
* FORM upload *
* --> L_ITAB *
form upload tables l_itab.
call function 'GUI_UPLOAD'
 exporting
 filename = 'C:test.txt'
 tables
 data_tab = l_itab.
endform.

An Apple ID which consists of a non-Apple address can perfectly well be used to create and sign into an iCloud account (most Apple ID's take this form). Your problem is that you can't create an iCloud account on Windows: you can only do it on a Mac or an iOS device. Once created on one of those you can sign into it on Windows using the iCloud Control Panel.

Buying a US iPad2 to Use in UK. Do I need to initialise it before I leave the States?

I'm getting my wife an iPad2 for her birthday. I'm in the States right now, and they are about £100 cheaper here. I kow I need to buy an AT&T version for it to work with a UK mircoSIM (Vodafone), but I am finding conflicting info on whether I need to initialise the iPad before I leave.
Does anyone know for sure?

The US prices that you see on the Apple website do not include local sales tax. Legally, an honest person must declare the iPad at Customs and pay import tariffs to take the iPad into the UK. After all that, you will not likely save the £100 that you expect. And if your caught sneaking the iPad into the UK you risk loss of the item. Buy your wife's iPad in the UK when you get home.
It should not matter which country you are in when you initiate the iPad.

did you turn 'find my mac' ON your MBA BEFORE your it was stolen? if not, you will not be able to do anything to the stolen MBA
if you did turn it on before it was stolen, yes it will erase everything on the MBA

Although it says 2 GB RAM is the minimum, it's generally recommended to have at least 4 GB unless you only use your machine for "light" use (no movie editing/burning, etc).
