I need to know how to get a copy of a picture which is entered into an application from my work-in their "gallery"-to my computer. Help!

I really need help. For work, I have to take photos of properties and answer questions about these properties on my IPhone 4. This information is entered into an app provided by my work. For each property, the photos are entered under that property and in a "gallery" for that particular property. I need to somehow transfer a few of these photos to my computer for future reference. I can't upload the photos from my IPhone, as they are not located in my pictures, or my documents, but rather in the "gallery" for that specifici property. Is there someway to copy these photos and get them into my computer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try holding your finger on the picture for a few sec and selecting save image from the popup menu. It should save the picture to you Photos.

If you purchased it on your ipad, then you would have to transfer it to your computer. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases.
You can then listen to it on your computer.

In iTunes go to the Help menu in the upper menu bar. Then click on iTunes Help. Then on Sync your iPod, iPhone or iPad and follow the instructions.
