I no longer have safari on my computer and I can't seem to be able to download it what can I do?
I can't even use the internet unless I'm on realplayer because I don't have another source of browser. I can't download anything. I have a Mac OS X 10.5.8 and everything is too updated for me too download.
I'm assuming you actually deleted Safari from the Application Folder, not just "poofe" it off your Dock, right?
If you have your original 10.5.x OS install disks, you can recover it.

Help I think I have Macvx on my computer and I can't get rid of it.
Help,
I think I have Macvx on my iMac late 2012 21.5 running the latest OS.
I am getting heaps of ads in my web browser.
I have seen similar question from other people and responses explaining to find and search for it in your applications menu but I can't find anything that relates to it or that was installed recently.
I have even looking in the library and through spotlight search searching the specific words Macvx and Vidx.
Please help,
Thank you very much.Helpful Links Regarding Malware Problems
If you are having an immediate problem with ads popping up see The Safe Mac » Adware Removal Guide and The Safe Mac » AdMedic.
Open Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu. Click on Extensions icon in the toolbar. Disable all Extensions. If this stops your problem, then re-enable them one by one until the problem returns. Now remove that extension as it is causing the problem.
An excellent link to read is Tom Reed's Mac Malware Guide.
Also, visit The XLab FAQs and read Detecting and avoiding malware and spyware.

If you require anti-virus protection Thomas Reed recommends using ClamXAV. (Thank you to Thomas Reed for this recommendation.)
From user Joe Bailey comes this equally useful advice:
The facts are:
1. There is no anti-malware software that can detect 100% of the malware out there.
2. There is no anti-malware that can detect everything targeting the Mac.
3. The very best way to prevent the most attacks is for you as the user to be aware that
the most successful malware attacks rely on very sophisticated social engineering
techniques preying on human avarice, ****, and fear.
4. Internet popups saying the FBI, NSA, Microsoft, your ISP has detected malware on
your computer is intended to entice you to install their malware thinking it is a
protection against malware.
5. Some of the anti-malware products on the market are worse than the malware
from which they purport to protect you.
6. Be cautious where you go on the internet.
7. Only download anything from sites you know are safe.
8. Avoid links you receive in email, always be suspicious even if you get something
you think is from a friend, but you were not expecting.
9. If there is any question in your mind, then assume it is malware. -

You can also redownload apps at no additional cost:

I recently changed jobs and no longer have access to the computer that contained my Firefox bookmarks. I don't have a Firefox profile. Is there any way to find and transfer my bookmarks to my new computer?
If you don't have access to the old computer any longer, '''no'''. Unless you were using something like the Google Toolbar & Google Bookmarks or Xmarks, which would have your bookmarks in an online account that you could access. Firefox doesn't include an online storage feature for personal data, yet. That is coming in a future version.
If you have a friend at your old job maybe they have access to that old PC and they could export your bookmarks to a file and email that file to you. -
I no longer have safari as my web browser and am unable to locate it. How can I load it back onto my iphone?
You cannot delete it.
It is likely on another page, in a folder, or you have restrictions set.
Check all of these.
If you do not find it, then reset your home screen layout.
All of this is covered in the manual:
iPhone User Guide (For iOS 4.2 and 4.3 Software) -
How can you get your iTunes music back when your iTunes Match expires & you no longer have access to the computer it ws stored on?

My other computer died and have my bookmark synced with Firefox sync, however, I no longer have access to sync key and I do not want to generate a new key and erase my old bookmarks. How do I retrieve them?
Sorry, without the Sync Key you can't use Sync to recover your personal data. If you have another device that was connected that Sync account, you can recover your Sync Key from that other device in the Password Manager on non-mobile devices. See - [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/how-do-i-manage-my-firefox-sync-account?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=where-can-i-find-my-firefox-sync-key#w_where-can-i-find-my-recovery-key this].
''Firefox Sync wasn't intended to be a "backup" medium, it was made to keep certain data synchronized between multiple devices.'' That "key" is used to encrypt your data before being uploaded to the Sync server and decrypt the data as it is downloaded to one of your devices. Only you have access to that "key", to maintain security over your data no one else knows that "key".
If you still have that old PC or the hard drive from that old PC, you can connect it to the new PC via USB with a USB enclosure, and you should be able to recover that data if the hard drive didn't fail.<br />

No.
You can deauthorize all once you have reashed the limit of 5 authorized computers. Until then, there is no need to deauthorize it -
