I have Lion and I just came across this link and it took care of the problem.

None of the links in any of the four email accounts I have in Mail will work. If I click a link within the email, I get an error message as above. I can't figure out how to fix it.
Not exactly sure which action is responsible, but full function has been restored. I restarted computer and I "refreshed" Firefox. One way or the other the problem has been resolved.

I started with, YES, Safari is my Default web browser...
quick look work OK.
I have two profiles on the same machine (with same problem..)
I have tried alredy:
delete mail folder - Did not help
rename com.apple.LaunchServices.plist - Did not help
use OnyX/Maintenance - Did not help
Do you have to ideas?

I boot my Computer and select "OPTION"
I boot from USB with 10.8 system
(Lion DiskMaker)

and select reinstall my system.

Can't open any links within the emails using Firefox. I can open them in other browsers however. The message reads, "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (blockedhttp) isn't associated with any program.". How can I fix this?
Looks like blocking software to purposely block a page by messing with the url.

i have updated my ipad yestarday sicne then i am not able to open any application on my ipad2. some of the application able to open in the page and not able to open all the applications in the second page. Does any one got this type of issue? any suggestions?
This problem has been reported a few times. The solution is to install any new App say a free one. This seems to fix whatever has gone wrong.

I have an Ipod touch. Since this morning I am not able to open any of my purchased apps. The screen briefly flashes but the apps don't start. Can anyone help?
- Try resetting the iPod. Nothing will be lost.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

1st-I was able to log into my account but was not able to open any applications, tried another account and same thing. was able to log out and restart but now am unable to use mouse. g5 dual core, can't remember the os without seeing it.
Could be many things, we should start with this...

4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair. Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)

I am not able to open any PDF documents, what I just see is blank screen in new tab.
I am not able to open any PDF link in Firefox(I downloaded and installed latest version) but able to open easily in other browsers.
I have seen that same complaint a lot in this forum, and I don't know how to fix this. Download the PDF to your local disk, then open it from there.
Alternatively use a different browser like Firefox. -
Edited/commented on PDF using Adobe Reader iphone 5 and e-mailed to myself so I could review on PC laptop. I opened on laptop and although I could see the comment bubbles, I was not able to open them to see the comments.

Oh I know there are many other vocabulary mistakes but never mind them I was just too excited when I wrote all of that while typing very quickly

I can't synch my iPhone with iTunes because the device does not show up in a device window when I plug it in...it's missing in action and thus I'm not able to add any content from the iTunes to my iPhone, e.g. podcasts. All the instructions on synching start with "find your device in the device window". But what if you have no device window?
Missing "message" from above: The iPad "DGMTR" is synced with another iTunes library on DGMTR's MacBook Pro. Do you want to erase this iPad and sync with this iTunes library? An iPad can be synched with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iTunes library.
I thought the libraries were the same. -
I get an error message - an I pod has been detected but it could not be identified properly this happened after I downloaded a newer version of I Tunes does anybody have a quick fix??

All Browsers not able to open any Website while able to Ping all Websites but after restart server web sites are able to open for 5 to 10 minutes only.
