I purchased in in-app component for an email program but it has not shown up in the app on my ipad. I tried to report a problem, but no window opens in which to explain my situation. How do I get a message to the seller or to itunes? I am reluctant to re-purchase the component.

Can you download large files from other places apart from the App store, wondering if it is the App store or your internet connection.

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

The log files are just text files. Most likely the Genius was opening them to test Word, and read through the logs at the same time to look for issues that may have told him something about your Mac's performance. I would assume he didn't find anything out of the ordinary and handed your Mac back to you.

download the creative cloud desktop app (after signing in with your adobe id), Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial
and use the desktop app to install your adobe creative cloud programs.
if you already have the cc desktop app and you need to refresh your adobe id, Sign in, Sign out | Creative Cloud desktop app

I tried to download from App Store directly to iPad2. I and I have an icon on the desk top but it is greyed out. When I go back to the install page the box saya "installing" but that is also greyed out. Do you have the latest FaceBook app version installed?
If so, try a reset which is similar to a computer restart and is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release.

I have some books in Ibook which have not downloaded and I am unable to delete them. I have tried everything I can find on the net but nothing works.

Some books I purchased and downloaded free in my library in Itunes on my PC dont download properly when synced with my ipad, they only half-download. I then tried deleting them from ibook on my ipad but they just wont delete no matter method I try. I have found going to my pc and dragging them out of the library onto the desktop they show up as a pdf so I put them into bluefire reader on my ipad using the ap section on my pc. Dont know what is happening here. Since I downloaded the new version of itunes seem to be having lots of problems. What I have noticed is that these may have been updates and I attempted to download a number of them at the same time. I just deleted the "waiting" apps and it has not appeared to affect the original downloaded apps. In the future I'll only download one app at a time.
