help plz

Check out this recent thread and see whether that works for you: [https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1012315 when using restart firefox you get a folder on the desktop called old firefox data i need to know how to use this folder to get my old firefox preferences back].
When you are done using the "old" profile you can switch back to your current profile by going back through the Profile Manager.
You might be tempted to use the Delete Profile button to clear the temporary profile. But... it's a bit too easy to accidentally delete your "real" profile, so I recommend resisting the temptation.
