I set a log-in for the add-ons and never recieved an email, and now I cannot use that email to make a log-in. Can you delete it so I can retry?
My email I use is <![email protected],--> ..... <sub>(edited out ~J99)</sub> but I did not receive an email to register it. this one is an old one I plan to get rid of. Are you able to delete my account attempt so I can try again with mynew email?

Personally I have not yet tried the new registration workflow but as it is now based on Persona it may not send you an email from support.mozilla.org

the box is located under the icon line at the bottom of the screen and above the window tool bar/icon box ! its almost like im running in a wide screen mode ! i cant seem to find a way of making the screen deeper, so it fills all the available space ! its also . freezing and it messes with the add ons and the adobe plugins ! a real shame cause i think the new layout is great . kep up the good work

Hello,Where can I find the details for the add-ons I purchased on my bill?
Good afternoon, I was in France for two days in July and purchased the following adds-on, £2 for Euro Talk and Text Unlimited for one day : purchased twice£3 for 24 hours 3G browsing with 500MB data : purchased twice As those were purchased during a work trip, I am being refunded by my company. However, they need the receipts for those in order to process the refund and they do not appear on my latest bill. Please could you kindly advise on how and where to find the billing details for those adds-on? Many thanks.

It sounds like you are using the Phony add-on to change your User-Agent header. It definitely needs to be set to "Default" for the addons.mozilla.org site to work correctly.
After setting User-Agent to "Default", try going to http://addons.mozilla.org/mobile - you were probably redirected to the wrong section of the site if you originally loaded it with a different User-Agent header. -

Are the images required for the new add-ons site of the same size and formats as previously applied to the Extensions Exchange? If not, can the (neat) original Adobe Exchange Assets template (Photoshop file) be updated? And, how about animated gifs?

Yes we definitely want to offer larger preview images and we also plan to support video from popular video sites like YouTube and Vimeo. No plans for animated images currently but the video support means you can go much further with animation if you wish. One of the things we are trying to decide is whether to support HiDPI/Retina images. Of we do that we need to ask for double the resolution. So let's say our image requirement was 1280 x 800 px, you would have to submit a 2560 x 1600 px image for each preview. Of course double the resolution also means roughly double the load times per image so it's something we are not sure about but right now I think we won;t support HiDPI/Retina previews just yet but as more uses go to higher resolution screens we could add that support. anyway, your input and of course other producers and users input would be valuable here.

MetaStream 3 is listed as one of my add-ons. I believe it was used for videos. Since it was disabled, I have not been able to view YouTube and other video types. I get the message "The plugin for this content has been disabled. Click here to manage your plugins."
The plugin you need is Flash. Go to Tools > Add-ons and select the plugins tab (the lego-block) and enable things.

HOw do i restore lastest backup from itunes?
I'm in the same situation as a lot of people. Whenever my iPhone 4 updates, it locks into sync mode and then I continuously lose my important data (contacts & photos etc) and recent backups replace more important backups, without asking for permission to do so.
As this has happened before, I make regular backups. Yesterday it showed one of these recent backups, but this has been replaced with todays, which is a new installation.
Is this the same with the new iPhones? Are Apple trying to encourage people to over to new iPhone, with more compatible software?
I really need help with this, as it keeps happening and I spend a lot of valuable time trying to rectify it. -
If I choose sync settings for my add-ons, between my Windows XP laptop and android phone, will one device' s add-ons go on the other automatically?
For example, if i add a password manager add-on to my PC, will that same add-on go onto my phone? Or will i have to separately add it again to my phone?
If I do have to add it separately, then what exactly IS the add-on syncing doing?hmmm... i have no idea what the "install.rdf file" of an extension) is? or how to check that?

Where can I set the log level for the "Inbox log file" ?
From the Siebel 8 Bookshelf, it says :

But where exactly in Siebel Tools can I find that Log Level ? Which object does the Siebel bookshelf talk about ?Hi,
Loglevels are not configured in Siebel Tools. You have to configure them with the siebel client. You can find a parameter at "Administration - Server Configuration / Server / Events"
Search for "Inbox General Log Events". Set this parameter to 5. It think this should help you.

I have set up two users, one for myself and one for children. The computer automatically logs in for the children with no password required. When the children go to spotlight and type in a search criteria all of my files show and open up. How do I prevent this?
Log in to your account, and move all your files to your home folder. No other users should be able to access them there and they won't show up with a Spotlight search.
Make sure your kids' account(s) do not have admin privileges. -

I would be content just to have the add-ons back, the one that allowed me to view ABC, NBC, CBS and a handful of other channels, and the one that connected me to the National Geographic channel and I believe some of the Discovery, etc channels . I can get to the Nat Geo if I go through my history but most of the other channels I can't. I've had MozFire on my computer for a while but mainly used Google Chrome until last week when I decided to check out MozFire. As has happened in the past I found myself really liking this program and wondering why I haven't been using it all along.
