I still can't download and install photoshop CS6. How do I download and install and how can I back it up to avoid doing this from the website again?

I already asked and didn't get a very good response. I'm getting frustrated. I paid for CS6 I had it downloaded on my cintiq companion, and then I had to return my cintiq because it was faulty. I have my new one now and need to download CS6 again so I can get to work. I downloaded a free trial of winzip to see if that would help but just got a ton of random files and nothing to click on to install once I downloaded it again. Where can I just plain download and install CS6 again?
In addition is there a way to back it up on a hard drive for future reinstallation if necessary so I don't have to go through all this crap again next time? REALLY hoping for a speedy response. Thank you.

I read that I can install the software on 2 computers.
My new laptop doesn't have a disc drive. Is there a way for me to install my already purchased software onto this new laptop without having to purchase an external disc drive?

I have downloaded and installed Photoshop Elements 11 on my new Macbook Pro. Why can't I see my scanner (Epson Perfection 3200 Photo) from the File>Import menu?

There was no driver update available (it said my driver was up to date), so I just deleted the scanner and restarted the computer. when it came up, the scanner had already been added again. With great anticipation I tried to import from Photoshop...but no luck (scanner was not visible). I finally ended up calling Epson (had great difficulty in locating a number for support) and they finally told me there is no driver update for OS X 10.10 and I should as a work around use "Image Capture" application. I tried it, and it works quite well.

I downloaded and installed creative cloud, and I then downloaded Adobe Application Manager, and from that I downloaded and installed Photoshop cs6. When I clicked on 'launch app' nothing happened. According to the application manager I've installed photoshop, yet I can't find it anywhere on my mac air, all there is are a bunch of folders, but the actual program of photshop is nowhere to be found.

Ficam56 if you go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers do you see a listing for Photoshop there? If so please run the uninstaller and then reinstall.

The CC Cleaner Tool assumes the Akamai Download Manager is activated and it has not. It seems to be the missing file that triggers the error message. \in a previous re-install I was prompted to download & install the Akamai Download Manger, but not this time. Hi I purchased Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended a year or so ago and I am trying to install it onto my new computer. My new computer doesn't have a disk drive so I am unable to insert the disk and I cannot find where to download CS6 on the website, I keep being redirected to CC instead.

i have photoshop cs5 upgrade installed on a windows 7 pc. can i purchase photoshop cs6 upgrade from adobe and install it on a windows 8.1 windows pc.this is important because i do not want to purchase a new pc and then find i cannot purchase and install photoshop cs6 onto it.

Inasmuch as you are allowed to purchase a perpetual license for Photoshop CS6, there's no technical reason you can't install it on Windows 8. When an upgrade installation asks about the prior product, you need only give it the serial number of your Photoshop CS5 license.

Problem installing photoshop cs6 from download.

I uninstalled my photoshop cs6 from my last machine a few months ago. I decided to install photoshop cs6 today from Adobe's download center(I did not have the original install). I went thru the install process and keyed my serial in, but it would not install CS6. It would only give me the option of CS6 EXTENDED. Is Photoshop CS6 regular version part of the download now? Shouldnt I be able to "downgrade" extended to regular? Is there another download from adobe? I do not want to purchase a Cloud membership, as I am fine with my CS6.
Any help would be appreciated.

I do not understand how the image you are showing relates to your problem of having a better version of the software than what you say you purchased. You will have to contact Adobe Support to see if they can work out whatever the problem is, but I don't think they will consider it a problem if you are getting more than what you paid for.
I do not understand why you mention Photshop Elements... CS6 could not have been purchased as an upgrade to Photoshop Elements... it was never in the upgrade path as far as I know.

I wanted to install photoshop cs 6 with my creative cload account but it says there's an béta version of photoshop on my pc.
I've searched and uninstalled every programme of adobe on my computer and eventually deleted it but still I get the same message
of a beta version of photoshop.. With this problem I can't install photoshop cs6..
So what more can I do now?
