I purchase a mini book through iTunes yesterday by Jesse duplantis it started like it was going to download on iBooks shelf then it said can not connect to iTunes deleted iBooks and re installed to see if that would help made it worse now the mini book is not on the shelf shows it on not on my iphone still trying to download. Try this:
Open your iBooks app on your iPad
Select the Store Button at the top
Select Purchased at the bottom
You will see your AppleID on the right at the bottom, then Redeem, then Support
Click on your Apple ID, and when the AppleID window comes up with the options, Sign Out
Then Sign In again and try redownloading your book

I am trying to download songs onto my PC it gets to about 85% downloaded and then freezes I have to turn off and restart but then I have been charged for the item but it is not available in my downloads can anyone help?

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer. -
My ipod touch will not hare no matter what and I've tried many different cables and different ways to charge it. What should I do? If I complain to the Apple store co. will they replace my ipod for free?

You can't do anything. You have encountered the activation lock. Unless you have some sort of contact with the previous owner you have bought a very expensive paper weight.

I purchased an iBook and when I try to download it I get sent in a circle. So i went and updated my iPhone 4S via the settings option from the phone, next thing it asked me to connect to iTunes, i've downloaded the new ios but i've been trying for almost 5 hours, countless problems occur, waiting for iPhone, stuck at verifying, error 0xE0000xx and so on, i've tried changing cables and redownloading iTunes, nothing seems to work. Help.

If it's an app then does it allow you to make in-app purchases within it ? If it does then you can turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions on your device.
