Purchased a mini book that will not download tried everything it is like it is hung in downloading. And I have been charged for it
I purchase a mini book through iTunes yesterday by Jesse duplantis it started like it was going to download on iBooks shelf then it said can not connect to iTunes deleted iBooks and re installed to see if that would help made it worse now the mini book is not on the shelf shows it on not on my iphone still trying to download. Is anybody having any issues with iBooks since the upgrade?

Try this:
Open your iBooks app on your iPad
Select the Store Button at the top
Select Purchased at the bottom
You will see your AppleID on the right at the bottom, then Redeem, then Support
Click on your Apple ID, and when the AppleID window comes up with the options, Sign Out
Then Sign In again and try redownloading your book

What these guys are trying to tell you is that the use of "ALL CAPS" is considered to be shouting and therefor rude behavior. Please turn your caps lock off.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -
I have 3 songs that will not download and the volume of error messages from Itunes about these "3" is annoying. I know my way around Itunes but cannot find a way to delete them and stop these Itunes download error messages.

I also got a response from Apple who said that there was a problem related to fonts and the encryption.xml file
Once we'd removed this we were able to upload the epub no problem.
It's odd that the system seems to say that all is okay when it isn't. We have to rely on guesswork rather a lot using iBook Producer.
Anyway, all sorted now and thank you again for your contribution.

Havent really been able to use it since I bought it at xmas time..It sounds as though you didn't actually order the movie and just set up your payment info. The $1 is just a holding sum, you won't actually get charged that.

So i bought a book in ibooks. It has been paid for and everything (the money has been taken out of my bank account). Yet when i try to download it, a cloud with an arrow comes up. It says 'when the item is finished..etc' but only thing is it has finished, it isnt downlaoding anymore. I keep pressing it and the same thing happens, when i try to re-downlaod the book, sometimes it asks me to pay for it again, other times the cloud arrow comes up and regardless the same process happens.

I bought a book through Ibooks on my ipad. Received the message "book is downloading. when download is complete book will be in library". The book never showed on my library shelf. Repeated attempts to buy and download the book leads to the same error message. I attempted a different book to buy and download and received the same message on that. Powered Ipad down and then powered back up, and tried again to download but again the same message. Went to my Mac, accessed Itunes, the book wasn't there. I tried to download the book to Itunes and received the same message. Should I try deleting the Ibooks app on my ipad and reinstalling it? Would that delete all my 350 book purchases or would they remain on Itunes where I could then transfer books back onto my IPad when the issue was resolved? -
I cannot delete nor download the book I had 3G of space available and the book only needs 648mb! If anyone knows how to get rid of the blasted book please let me know!
Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPad. To turn iPad back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears.
Reset iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off". -
How long does it take for a movie that I rented in I-Tunes to download? I ordered one on the second of Sept and I am still waiting. I have a blinking arrow that tells me to download but it stops in mid stream! And, I ordered 5 books and still have not received them,
Wow.......You plug the 30 pin connector to the botton of your iPad and the USB to the USB port on your computer.
But first, you can download the movie and books to your iTunes account without having your iPad connected. After you've downloaded the material, then you connect your iPad and sync it all over.
I'm sorry I have to sign off. I have to be up like 6 hours. I'll check in tomorrow and see if you made any progress.
If nothing else, this will get your iPad and your iTunes account speaking again. They should be regularly connected and your iPad routinely backed up.
One more thing. If it's been a while since you even opened iTunes on your PC, make sure you check for iTunes downloads and update iTunes with the latest version.

I have a Kindle Fire HD. Adobe Flashplayer will not download and I have heard, there is no fixes..??
I 've had my Kindle just over a month, I haven't been able to watch videos or see any graphics(moving).
Yesterday, I found out that since July 2012, there was no longer be support for Flashplayer, from anyone!!!
When I purchased my Kindle I wasn't told about this serious problem.
If a fix isn't produced soon, I think every Kindle sold after July 2012 should be refunded to the purchasers.

I purchased an upgrade on an app I cannot find it in itunes but my iphone asked me for an upgrade. I have received an invoice for it but have not received the upgrade and it is now 24 hours later. Any ideas?
BrendaYou got the new iphone????? I have same problem. I transferred audiobooks to device to find no audiobooks on device (despite it being in iTunes as if it was). Have you found a solution????? I even tried to change import settings on format transfer but hasn't worked.
