I tryed multiple times to install Firefox on my mac laptop using macOx 10.5.8 and everytim I try to install the suppausaly mac version from firefox that is fine for version 10.5 ... What do I do wrong. I am not figuring it out my self
I get a crossed out firefox sign that I should drag to my Applications folder ... and than installation fails.
The problem is that while you do have Mac OSX 10.5+, it is the fact that it is a PowerMac and not a Intel mac as to why Firefox 6.0 is not working.
As of Firefox 4.0 the Firefox versions from Mozilla only supports OSX 10.5+ and a '''Intel''' Mac. Either you can use the current Firefox 3.6.* from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
for example: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/4.0/system-requirements/

Or try a third-party build of Firefox 6.0.1 for PPC from http://tenfourfox.blogspot.com/2011/08/601-now-available.html
Normally can be had from http://www.tenfourfox.com/ but it has been down for a while now.

I recently purchased an Ipod 4G from a family friend. When I set up my account, I originally was going to keep some of the items on it but found they were not appropriate for my 10 yr old. So I reset the IPOD erasing everything and started new. After numerous attempts, I have not been successful, at installing ios 6.0. About half way through the process it says, download failed.
Is there a trick to doing this, or is something wrong? Please help.

i updated os x, and my plugins, and updated to firefox 11, and the crashing started. firefox 12 crashes too. both 11 and 12 crash everytime i open preferences, extensions, or add-ons. what is the cause of this? everything was running fine when i had firefox 10 and before i updated os x and my plugins.

The way I've been starting the profile manager is by running the command /Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-bin -p in the terminal.
You will need to Purchase a Disc of Snow Leopard 10 6 to upgrade...

Firefox freezes everytime I try to clear the search history.
It appears I somehow got upgraded to the newest version of firefox. And everytime I try to clear the history it freezes. Then I get errors... Something about a script... or the program will just say "not responding"
Can this be fixed? If not can I download an older version which worked?Are you clearing the cookies as well?
This problem can be caused by clearing the cookies via [[Clear Recent History]].
* Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history" > [X] Clear history when Firefox closes > Settings
* Firefox > History > Clear Recent History or Tools > Clear Recent History
Try to exclude the cookies to see if that helps.
If you use [[Clear Recent History]] to clear the cookies then Firefox also tries to clear the cookies from plugins like Flash and starts a plugin-container process for each plugin and possibly for each cookie (?) and that can add extra time if there are a lot of cookies to remove and also can cause an unresponsive script error to appear. -

Hi! I just joined the creative cloud. As a photographer I would like to download photoshop and lightroom. I am trying to update to OS X Mavericks but I cant seem to. Everytime I try to install it, I get an error saying I don't have enough disk space or FindReaperFiles closed unexpectedly. What do I do?
That isn't the problem. When I start the download of Mavericks I have more than enough space on the disk drive. However, once it has downloaded and it is attempting to install this error occurs:
Any ideas where I could re-download FindReaperFiles? From what I can see it's an Apple file but I can't find a download on their site at all.

Started in Preview to save...but PDF, with electronic signature, will not save. In Finder it's nowhere, tried multiple times.
I am having the same problem with signatures. I am including a form in a pdf portfolio to collect signatures from different users who have Reader. I make sure that features have been extended for reader. Most of the time they are okay. But every once in a while (at least one every two weeks) I get a user telling me they can't sign. No message or error of any kind, just a quick blink but no signature. As a work-around I've had to save a copy and re-extend features. This can be time consuming when there are a few documents I need to circulate. Please advise.
