Hey Davidl678,
Thanks for the question. It sounds like you are unable to download the purchases from your purchase history, because iTunes believes the songs to be in your library. It may be necessary to delete the items from your library, then re-download from your purchase history. Before doing so, you may want to take note of which song are available for re-download:
iTunes 11 for Windows: Delete songs, playlists, or other items
http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12359
iTunes 11 for Windows: Download previous purchases from the iTunes Store

Thanks,
Matt M.

reinstalled my creative suite, because indesign was not opening. Now when i try opening it, a box pops up saying to re-launch it. What do I do?
Often you have to start by using the Adobe Cleaner tool first to remove all the Adobe applications:
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
Then do your reinstallation. -
After installing the latest iTunes upgrade I could not access my iTunes so I uninstalled it and all of it's components like instructed in support but when I try to reinstall and click on download now, it goes right to thank you for downloading iTunes but nothing downloaded.
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer? -
I bought a mini mac that was returned to a store; when I try to open iPhoto it tells me I do not own a full copy of the software and prompts me to sign into an applied that is not mine. How do I fix this??
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
That's a problem that all users of a second-hand Mac released after the OS X Lion launch have. OS X, iPhoto, iMovie and GarageBand are registered to the Apple ID the first owner used to register the computer, so you can't use them legally without repurchasing them. Furthermore, there's a bigger problem: you have to get iPhoto, iMovie and GarageBand on a DVD, because the App Store makes impossible to purchase these applications on a second-hand Mac.
Nothing will happen if they are already installed, but you won't be able to reinstall and update them, so I recommend you to delete them and buy iLife '11 on a DVD to install the applications from there. Also, take note that you can't also reinstall OS X, so if OS X gets damaged, you will have to take your computer to an Apple Store.
Open > About this Mac, and tell us the OS X version you have. If you are using OS X Lion, you can upgrade to Mountain Lion with your Apple ID, so then you will be able to reinstall OS X -
i used my visa to buy an album, it appeared and i was listenting to it, now when i try to update my iphone and get apps i cannot, it says my card was declined but yet i receviecd the cd>
Thank you for clarify I'm supposed to read the ENTIRE article. I thought I was just supposed to read the title and magically everything will fix itself. I appreciate you taking the time to help me however I do not appreciate the caps and the way you have addressed the situation. If you are not going to kindly help people/make suggestions just don't try! And for the record my conclusions are not illogical, the iOS7 thing is on the website in small font (which I got by reading the ENTIRE thing) and you should really find a new hobby because your socialization skills need some help! That goes for you too Chris. Not everyone is a tech nerd

I recently was given a new dells windows 7 laptop. I then was able to successfully move my itunes library from my old mac to my new dell. Now I am trying to sync my whole library of music back onto my iphone 4, but when I try it says most of my music can not be located. I have exclimation points next to the majority of my music (I have 368 songs in my itunes acount). Please help me be able to sync my songs to my iphone. I am only able to sync about 31 of my songs.
Copy them from your old computer, or your backuo copy of your old computer. to your new one.
The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. the exception is itunes purchases. -
How can I reinstall itunes without it telling me that I am not the administrator?
The iTunes app on your device is bundled with iOS.
The latest version of iTunes for your PC is 10.7:http://www.apple.com/itunes/
If you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your PC, and are still having trouble with the device, try this:
1. Connect your device to your computer.
2. Listen for the "new hardware found" beeps.
3. If you do not hear the beeps and if iTunes does not automatically start, try a different USB port.
4. If you still do not hear the beeps and iTunes does not run, try a different charging/docking cable.
5. If that fails, then try connecting your device to a different computer.
6. If this fails, the device is defective. -
help?
Did you backup all your documents and data first? Normally your user profile contains a Music folder which in turn holds the iTunes folder. All the important details of your library are in there, with the media below in a folder called iTunes Media. If you lose this information and then connect your device to an empty iTunes library it will want to clean it out the device and start over.
You should be able to:
Backup the device to the new windows installation
Transfer your purchases into a newly authorized library
Recover any other media using third party tools as suggested in this post from forum regular Zevoneer
Restore the device from the backup
This process should switch the association of the device to the new library, preserving the data and settings in your apps.
When you get it all fixed, make a backup!

to transfer the Time Machine data from the 500GB to the 1TB HD, it says there is not enough room?
By the way, there is 79 GB still available on the 500GB HD, and 875GB available on the 1TB HD. I've noticed that the original Time Machine 500GB HD is formatted Mac OS Extended (journaled) while the 1TB is formatted Mac OS Extended Case-Sensitive, Journaled. Could that be causing the problem?
Thanks... DougYou should change the the 1TB drive to Mac OS Extended (journaled) but the fact that it is case sensitive isn't likely to be responsible for the error message. Try checking the partitioning in Disk Utility. Click on the upper icon for your 1TB drive. The Partition Map Scheme should be GUID for Intel Macs or Apple Partition Map for PPC Macs. Master Boot Record partitioning can cause all sorts of odd problems. Make sure that you have your new drive rather than your old drive selected as the Time Machine drive in System Preferences > Time Machine.
Time Machine was not designed to copy its own files to another drive. SuperDuper! works well for that purpose. -
help:(
if you want fast help, you'll need to provide more details. What EXACTLY does the error say, and what error number is it?

I attempted to update iTunes yesterday. The update failed. iTunes now won't open and displays an error message that the program isn't localized and needs to be run in the English version. I'm in the US and the computer and program has never been used in another language. I tried reinstalling the full download for the new version and that failed as well. I logged out; shut down; restarted; retried the update; etc. Still no luck and the same message. Thoughts?
Solving MSVCR80 issue and Windows iTunes install issues.
Thanks to user turingtest2 for this solution.
Solving MSVCR80 issue and Windows iTunes install issues.
If the above doesn’t do the trick entirely, then use the instructions in the following as it applies to the version of Windows you are using:
HT1925: Removing and Reinstalling iTunes for Windows XP
HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
You may be required to boot into safe mode to complete the folder deletion process. -
iTunes keeps prompting me to authorize my computer then tells me it's already authorized and I'm stuck in a loop. The troubleshooting options haven't worked. Any suggestions or does anybody have a phone number for iTunes so I can talk to a human being about this?

HT1386 itunes will not recognize any of my devices when I try to sync them
itunes will not recognize any of my devices when I try to sync them. How cn I fix this?
Hello, bone61.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
If your device is not recognized by iTunes, I would recommend the steps in the article below. Start with the section labeled Verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed > For Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 > Update the Apple Mobile Device Driver. If the issue persists try all remaining steps.
