- If you did not charge the iPod for a couple of hours before you did the reset then charege and reset:
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Then connect to your computer and if iTunes sees the iPod restore via iTunes.
- Next see if recovery mode will allow iTunes to see the iPod so you can restore the iPod. For recovery mode:
iPhone and iPod touch: Unable to update or restore
- Last, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. -
I have tried using the set in system of trying to update an app and being prompted to agree, but every single time Apple's gay system keeps telling me that my session has timed out and I should try again. I have tried multiple times to have it sent by email, but every one of those show up as "there was an error and email failed. Please try again.". I signed in on the website and was prompted to agree to the terms and I did, but Apple still will not let me dowload/update apps. Is there any way to get to a part of a website that lets you agree to the terms? If not, is there any fool-proof way that I can do it or a solution to the session timing out issue?
Try resetting your device.
If that fails, Reboot, Reset, Restore. -
I had to change my password and now my cell phone will not update apps. I tried signing out and then signing in with the new one. It did not work. Please help
You can only update an app from the AppleID that was used to purchase it.

I updated my iphone 4S successfully. But now I get a message that says I need to read and accept the Terms and Conditions. But when I select the Terms and Conditions, nothing appears but a message that says "cannot locate."

I just updated by iphone. I followed the instructions when it turned back on and now it's stuck at the iCloud terms and conditions screen.
I hit "agree" and it does nothing. Can turn it off at this point without screwing up the update?Hi there dmre,
You may want to try resetting the device as an initial troubleshooting step. Take a look at the article below for more information.

The setup hangs up at 'agreeing to terms and condtions'. Anyone know how to fix?
I seem to have gotten around the issue. I set the date of my iPad to 1 month prior (July), restarted the iPad, and the session timeout blockade went away. Many folks are saying this worked if they changed the date on their Mac or iPad or whatever device they were using for the update.

having attempted to upgrade to iO7 latest op system, the Ipad has stuck on the Terms & conditions page.It will not accept my agreement to terms and conditions or allow me to read them.
Ideas please on how to get it to work again, which will have to be via my lap top!
It sound as if the iPad is woking in the background-i.e.receiving eMails.Reset iPad and continue with update.
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected. -
What is going on with itunes update? I keep getting the message that updates are available for itunes, safari and icloud, but when I accept the terms and conditions and the install 3 items message, it keeps going back to telling me there are 3 updates available and have to accept terms and conditions again without it ever installing!! I am using a PC with windows vista. Have not had this problem till December when I got an ipad and had icloud installed, don't know if there is a connection.
I can't offer any help but it soulds like Apple goofed with the latest update. Many of us have the same problem. I may wait a week or so to see if Apple responds.

was forced to install Adobe again (maybe just update it) and can't get past step 3/3 because its forcing me to buy it. now its half installed and i need to agree to terms and conditions..
Let's start with what you are trying to install. Adobe Reader is free, so it won't be forcing you to buy anything. So
- What are you trying to install (full name, please, Adobe make lots of things)
- What system (e.g. Windows 7, Mac OS Lion, iPad...)
- Where do you go (what web address) to start off?
- Why were you "forced" to do this? -
what if I do not have OSX 10.8.2? I have 10.7.4 and when I follow the instructions the latest iCloud Terms and Conditions do not load!!!
MacBookPro1,1 can only run Mac OS X 10.6.8, as it has got a 32-bit processor.
If you order replacement DVDs, Apple will send you DVDs with the original Mac OS X version that came with your Mac, in this case, Mac OS X 10.4.5.
If you decide to get replacement DVDs, Apple will only charge you for the delivery -

I cannot access iTunes on my iPad. When I click the iTunes button, it shows terms and conditions and when I click the terms and conditions link, it takes me to the Internet and that is it. Kindly help.
If you are just seeing the Terms and Conditions link in the Downloads tab then that just means that there aren't any downloads waiting. If you want to browser the store then can are you not able to tap on the other tabs at the bottom of the app ?
If you are looking for your downloaded and synced content then they won't be in the iTunes app (that is just the store) - your music, audiobooks and audio podcasts will be in the Music app and your films and tv shows in the Videos app. -
when i go to terms and conditions it allways syaing the server not available atamoment .what is the advise?
What are you trying to connect to? iWork for icloud beta cannot be used from an iphone, only a Mac or PC.
