I've been trying to download the new iOS 7 update onto my IPad mini and for the past hour the update has been verifying however now it is telling me the software is unavailable? Any help?

Apple is having all devices authenticate after the update and since everyone is updating, the authentication servers are being slammed as well. Either wait until tomorrow, or just keep trying.
I had the same issue and I got through after 3 tries.

Congratulations on your new Mac! It sounds like your purchased songs are not playing completely after you downloaded them. I recommend to following steps for an issue like this:
Symptoms
Occasionally, if a song purchased from the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC was not downloaded completely, the song may not play back fully. The song may abruptly stop during playback, and iTunes may start playing the next song in your library or playlist.
Resolution
If iTunes in the Cloud is available in your country, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Delete the purchased song that is exhibiting the problem from your iTunes library.
Click on the Purchased link in the iTunes Store to view your previously purchased music.
Download your previously purchased song from this list.

Restart the iPad. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store then sign in your Apple ID. -

Odd places?
Could you be experiencing, browsing a page, then get sent to the app store to buy an app? If that's the case, it's a browser hijack ad and there's not much you can do about it beyond not going to that site or using an adblock app.
You can try to go into safari and clear the cache, which may clear away what's sending you to that site
Beyond that, a bit more info may help with coming up with a better answer. -

How did it get on your ipod in the first place if not from your comptuer?

HT201077 The new IOS 7 update has assigned a non-existing icloud account to my iPad!
About a year ago I updated my email address associated with my itunes account. When I did that the apps that were purchased before the update had the old itunes email address attached to them. Well today I updated my Ipad 2 with the new IOS 7 and it defaulted my icloud account to the old email address. I attempted to change it but it would not allow me to do so without the password for the icloud account with the old email address. Unfortunately there is no password or actual account with that email because I updated my itunes with a new email address. I am now stuck with a ghost icloud account on my ipad that I cannot get rid of because it does not exist. Likewise I can't add my actual icloud account to my ipad because I have to remove the incorrect account that defaulted into the setup. Does anyone know how to work around this so that I can gain access to my actual icloud account?
If you still have access to your old email address, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the pimary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email account and verify it. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You should then be able to turn off Find My iPhone with your password. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back and change your primary email address and iCloud ID back to the way it was. You will then be able to go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current ID and password to reconnect to your iCloud account.
If you don't have access to your old email address, you will have to contact Apple to get them to reset the password for it so you can disable Find My iPhone and sign into your iCloud account. You will have to prove your identity to them in order to do so. You can either contact iTunes support for assistance with this (https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html), or contact Apple Support (http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/). -
I can't download music or videos from itunes onto my iPad mini
Both. Music and videos purchased on iTunes try to download and the stop with message saying download error tap to retry.
I have retried 100 times for both music and videos and it doesn't work.
Can anybody help?I had an issues similar to this with purchased music not all that long ago, and rebooting (I think) is what got it working for me again.
See if this helps - sign out, restart, sign in again and try again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again.
I would suggest rebooting the router - unplug it for about 30 seconds, and you can try that - but I'm not sure if that will help. It won't hurt anyway. -

Hi , The Officejet 4630 will not work with 10.5 and lower, it is only compatible with 10.6 and above.
The only suggestion I can make will not likely be ideal, but you could email anything you want to print from the computer to the printer.
Each HP ePrint-enabled printer, such as the 6520, has its own unique email address. After you enable HP ePrint on your HP ePrint-enabled printer, you can print from your mobile or network-connected device by sending an email to your HP printer's email address. With HP ePrint, you can print from anywhere, at any time. If you can send an email, you can use HP ePrint. This blurb, and more information, can be found in the following HP Document, ePrint Product Specifications. As mentioned. This is likely not ideal, it really depends on how much printing you plan to do. If this is practical for you as a work around then mission accomplished, we found a solution, if not.... The only other options would be to consider taking the printer back and getting a different model that is compatible with 10.5, or upgrading the OS if that Mac can allow for an upgrade to 10.6. I know you'd rather not upgrade, but you might consider treating yourself, there are some nice new shiny Macs available. i have tried to sign in to my apple id on my ipad mini and it says it cant connect to itunes storeThere is a difference between not being able to sign into your Apple ID and not being able to connect to the iTunes Store. You can be signed into your ID and still not be able to connect to the store.
I will assume that you are actually signed in - Settings> iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. That's one place where you sign into your ID.
