I've buy game's gem(money) but didn't get it , still iTune sent bill to me and not just one but, 5 !!

Question

I know that Apple count this process as the final purchase. But, I didn't get my things and I didn't want it that much to buy it for 5 times!!! I tried to contact both company: Marvel company for the Avergers Intinitive and Apple iTune support. I tried everything to see if the amount of the game money will rise up but, NO! it is still the same as I wait for the time passed or continued to play the game. This's NOT fair TOT" I really need to cancle this bill. is it still other ways to contact ot should I contact my cradit card company too, to tell them first. :{ Really need HELP!! my bill # is MHH6D8BMJ7

Oh! the iTune Store had replied me back. And he said,
"After reviewing the circumstances of your case, we determined that issuing you a refund is an appropriate exception to the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions, which state that all sales are final.
I have reversed the charge for this purchase. In five to seven business days, a credit of 15.94 USD should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase."

I'm more than happy to see that he are willing to refund the purchase I didn't get... he took care of it.
I have never had a problem buying anything in the Store so once I had and the iTune didn't be so silly to deny to help me it made me feel so good :} if I wanna buy something again.
but for Marvel... they replied me after this case happened like a week after. I just got their email today. Which doesn't help anything, only to say how to visit the support site of Apple. :{
