I've looked but can't find - constant re-render in ProRes - suicidal!

Sorry about that. But I am going nuts here. Yes, ProRes is a groovy thing... but Heavens to Betsy why does it need to be re-rendered every time you add a clip or make a transition? This is supposed to be an intermediary edit format - not a lesson in Zen-like patience. Am I doing something wrong? I capture from 1080/60i HDV as ProRes 422. I am working on a MacBook Pro 2.33 ghz dual core Intel Processor running OS 10.64. In addition to the video I have music and a few still graphic images... nothing outrageous. At this rate 16mm film and a flatbed were quicker (including all the lab time). I have a suspicion this might be one of those "oh, so you're not a millionaire issues... you can easily fix this with money!" Please, somebody tell me this isn't so!

So could it be the .jpgs?
Picture files always need to be rendered.
The video clips don't need to render when I first add them to the timeline - just if I move them from one spot to another (you know - like editing).
Makes no sense. If you add them, and there is no rendering needed, how could MOVING them cause them to need to be rendered?
I checked the format in "Item Properties" and it shows the compressor as HDV 1080i60. If I encoded it as ProRes (from HDV 1080i60 source) shouldn't the compressor show it as being ProRes?
Yes. So it appears that you captured as HDV by mistake.

I spoke with Apple Support this morning and they believe anything MobileMe related is due to the conversion over to iCloud that's taking place.
As for other email clients, check with your host to see if settings have changed on their end. I use inmotionhosting.com and over the weekend the updated their outgoing requirements so that a password authentication is now needed.
Hope that helps get some on the right path to resolving their issues!

What are you asking? Where music is stored or where the user accounts were stored?
Music should be in the music folder - perhaps inside of an iTunes folder.
User accounts should be on the home directory.

Click on the Finder (the blue, square face icon) in the Dock. A Finder window should appear (if it doesn't, just hit 'Command-N' on your keyboard).
The window defaults to your home user folder. You can find all your various files in there.

That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash. What version of the OS do you have? What has changed since iPhtoo worked?
What exactly is the problem - you say "it was not responding" - You downloaded a new version (what version)" -you can't find yoru photos" none of which is helpful
look in your applications folder - is there an Iphoto application there? If so get info and report the version
Look in the picures folder - is there an iPhoto library there? If so exactly (including exact error messages) happens if you double click on it?
what else can you tell us that might help us assist you?

Do you see an In App purchase in the App? From what I see that's how you subscribe. Look for a settings icon, maybe a gear icon - something like that - and tap on it and see if the in-app purchase appears.

It sounds like you’re concerned because you don’t see your rentals in iTunes, but they appear to have downloaded. Take a look at the article below and check the Rentals tab in iTunes on your MacBook.

Find your movie on the device you used to rent it.
On a Mac or PC: Go to the Rentals tab in the Movies section of the iTunes Library.

If you are using windows OS, look for file named hosts at below location:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Check if there is anything that is blocking the Adobe CC app to verify your subscription.
Make back up copy of hosts file and delete everything except below contents:

They tried all the exact same steps I did, took the phone apart and looked at and said it is in "pristine" condition. They have no idea why it isn't working, but they could offer to sell me another phone. This is extremely annoying! They claim it has nothing to do with the update to 7.1.2, but that is when I lost the wi-fi, so it has to be related!

My 4s i-phone which is 2 years old cannot find any wi-fi networks not even my home network... I had the same problem two months ago but i turned off the i-phone for 8 hours and then it was okay... Ok, so I've been struggling with this issue for months. I was looking around today on here and didn't find much information. But, I took a couple of different things and tried them. I'm not sure WHICH helped, but here is what I did and MySpace just uploaded successfully on my Blackberry Curve.
I deleted the MySpace Application from the App List (Options (The wrench)-Advanced Options-MySpace-Menu Button-Delete)
I restarted my phone
I changed the theme from the AT&T to the BB Dimension Zen (Options-Theme- BB Dimension Zen)
I logged onto my Browser and went to www.myspace.com
I clicked on the "Download MySpace for your Blackberry" or whatever it says
Before I clicked "Download", I checked the "Set Application Permissions" box.
I clicked "Download"
It took me to the Application Permissions
I changed the first two from "Custom" to "Allow"
I hit the back arrow on my phone
I chose "Save"
It started downloading
When it was finished, MySpace was listed under my Applications and is WORKING!!! HALLELUJAH! I'm not sure WHICH of those seemingly MANY steps made it work, but it did!

You should be able to manage the problem with Rules, if you are happy to just delete the emails without you ever seeing them.
In Mail>Preferences>Rules, create a new rule with these options:
Description: Give a name to the Rule, such as Delete or Block Sender
On the line started 'If' choose 'Any' from the drop down menu and on the next line select 'From' and 'Contains', and then input the email address of the unwanted sender
Under 'Perform the following actions' choose 'Delete'.
As other senders you want to block send you unwanted emails you can add them to the rule by clicking the '+' sign against the line you added the email, if you have an email from that sender on screen when you edit the rule - they should appear there automatically.
