How do I cancel?  I cannot find any phone #'s to call.  I do not need it any more.

    You should be aware that anything created with CC/CC2014 can only be accessed with Adobe Acrobat/Reader, and only if saved with PDF Compatibility. You can only work on with it if you renew the subscription (temporarily) or if you downsave to a CS version that you have.
