Thank you but still , I can't find the ""cancel plan"" option in my Chinese
language edition page.
And I try to enter my account from English edition but it will transfer to
the Chinese edition page directly.

I have the month-to-month Creative Cloud membership and am curious if I would be able to cancel my Creative Cloud membership and still have access to everything still involved with my Photoshop downloaded onto my computer?
If you have licensed versions of software that you purchased separately from your Cloud subscription you can still use them. There is a chance that the Cloud will have taken over for them in which case you may have to uninstall, clean things up, reinstall.

I have iPhone 6, 8.3. I cannot use bluetooth at all from my device, even to connect my macbook pro. I did all the recommended trouble shooting such as reboot and reset network settings. but it does not recognise any bluetooth device. Pls help.Thank you.

If i am not allowed to buy creative cloud in my country, Can i still buy subscription?

MMThose are two separate monthly subscriptions to individual apps allowing you to cancel at any time. It's the most expensive but the most flexible way of subscribing.
Creative Cloud is a collective term for a subscription to the entire Master Collection of apps plus all the extra products and services which come with the entire Cloud membership. http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/creativecloud/tools.html
If you definitely only want one app then a standalone subscription is the way to go.
If you want at least two apps, then a yearly Cloud membership is cheaper overall.
Which country are you in? Cloud memberships are not available in all countries.

After the October charge is processed I can cancel the membership which means it won't renew after November 27th but you'll still have full access until then.

I already paid Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year), but my illustrator CC still shows "trial expired".

I am trying to install my creative cloud programs onto my new computer. When I go to the website and log in, it shows that I have a creative cloud membership, but says I have no products. Not sure how I get the program downloaded. Any ideas?
you can install and use on up to two computers at any one time with your single-user license so you need not sign out from your old computer's cc app.

I canceled my Creative Cloud membership and now I cannot access my purchased software.
I bought Photoshop CS 6 then subscribed to Creative Cloud for the introductory price for one year. I canceled my Creative Cloud subscription and every time I try to use my CS6 software, I get an error message about updating my payment information so I can continue to use my software.

Discontinued my creative cloud membership, uninstalled Acrobat XI, and installed a brand new, purchased version Acrobat XI, but when I try to open it, I get a message saying I must renew creative cloud. This is a free standing program, and it IS installed. What do I do?
You may need to uninstall the Cloud (not just stop using it) and then run the Cleaner to remove all vestiges... and then reinstall Acrobat

I didn't recieve the CS6 id, and the Chat Man said it doesn't exist for my account. He thought I got duped. When I sent him the link to the dates of purchase allowing for the upgrade he said this was only applicable if I was given the second order number for CS6. Therefore I was not going to get the upgrade. So I finally got someone on the phone, Maria, although she was in tech support, because sales was not avilable, she hunted down the challenge in about a half hour and got me an order id. But if you are stuck in the loop trying to find accountability at Adobe. Just keep calling until you get Maria :O) she fixed it! But customer service at Adobe is a lot like Apple, where you first gotta find the number and then sit through a lot of irrelevent content and be transfered around before your call is dropped and then hopefully on the third, fouth try, you can hopefully find somebody who got the memo and will stay with you till the challenge is resolved. You may buy an annual subscription and pay monthly, or a straight monthly subscription... and, being a subscription, if you stop paying the software stops working
If you want a one time payment, and you can use 3+ year old software, go to Creative Suite 6 -
I am an illustrator. I create illustrations on my iMac in Photoshop. I want to transfer my illustration files, as jpegs, onto my iPad so that I have a portfolio and can showcase my work when I visit clients. Can anyone help. Thank you!
Might be easiest to use a service like Dropbox and sync everything to a folder in Dropbox so you'll have it on your Mac and on your iPhone.
