Trying to download PS CC on second computer (dell laptop-windows 7) but get error that I should close Bridge.exe ........................this file is not open..........I have both cs4 and cs5.1 on this laptop..............as well as the associated bridge files...........should I uninstall all of the OLD PS stuff, before attempting to install the PS CC..........................keep in mind I want to also download LR 5, after PS CC is installed correctly.

Terminate the process in task manager or turn off Minibridge in the PS prefs and restart your system.

Download a copy of Adobe's Creative Cloud Application Manager, then through that you can install PS.

How to download programs to a second computer?

I pay $14.99 for the student Creative Cloud membership each month. However when I logged into my account and view my account details it says I am not a paying member. This makes no sense as the money is deducted from my account every month, I have access to the programs and I receive confirmation emails every month...very strange that my Adobe online account says I am just a "Free Member'.
The reason I am asking is because I want to download the programs onto a second computer (which I know you are allowed to do). But while my account doesn't register that I am a paying member I cannot do this.

I just got my second computer, and I want to get my photshop CS5 onto it. I can only find CS6 for download on the genreal website, and in the my orders section, I see my CS5 and the serial number, but there is no way to download it! Help please.

HELP! I got a new iPhone and want to download my music from my computer so I don't have to down load song by song on my phone. iTunes Match won't let me copy it from my computer. What do I do?

I have iTunes Match and it's been fine until now. I'm trying to download my music to my phone so I don't have to use the wifi to play it all the time.....but iTunes match won't let me copy from my computer without shutting it off. If I do that then turn it back on then I lose all the music anyway.

If you mean you want to sync your music from your computer to your iPhone you need to disable iTunes Match on the iPhone. Go to Settings > Music and set to iTunes Match to OFF (not green). You may need to wait a few minutes for the change to register with iTunes. Connect the iPhone via USB/Thunderbolt and sync the music.

I went to Apple's site to do this, logged in using the same login I used to purchase and download Lion for my laptop and the site went to a payment page with my credit card info which indicated to me that I was about to be charged. How do I add Lion to a second computer without being charged?

I'm having the same problem and I've tried installing it on the second computer about ten times. Keeps going to the credit card page. I'm definitely logged into the MAS using the same AppidID I used to originally purchase Lion, and when I go to "Purchased" Lion is there with all my other purchcased apps, but when I click on "Install" it goes to my credit card page with the info pre-filled except for the CVC code and the button at the bottom right says "Billing Info". Not sure if clicking on that will charge me again or not?

You simply install the CC app and sign in. You have 2 activation allowances.
