Basic troubleshooting
See if your iOS device, computer, and wireless plan all meet the system requirements for Personal Hotspot.
Make sure Personal Hotspot is on: Tap Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot.
Check the Internet connection on your iOS device: Tap Safari and load a new webpage.
If one connection type doesn't work, try another. For example, instead of connecting using Wi-Fi, use USB or Bluetooth.
Turn Personal Hotspot off and on: Tap Settings > Personal Hotspot or Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot.
Install the latest version of iOS.
Reset your network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If you still see the issue, restore the iPhone.
If you're still experiencing issues, try the steps below.
Wi-Fi troubleshooting
If you encounter an issue using Personal Hotspot with other Wi-Fi devices, try these steps:
Turn Personal Hotspot off.

Your device will stop broadcasting Wi-Fi if you put it to sleep or if 90 seconds elapse and no connected devices use Wi-Fi. To share your Wi-Fi network again, tap Settings > Personal Hotspot.

Go to settings>store and make sure the new apple ID is logged in at the bottom of the page.
If not, log out of the old one and sign in with the new one.

I'm not 100% sure but I think you create your play order manually then select the playlist, right click it (or use ctrl+click) & select "Copy to play order".
I think when you burn that playlist it should obey that order, it has been so long since I made a mix CD that I'm not certain, good luck.

Why when i try to update an app whith my new e-mail, it asks for the password of the old e-mail?

I recently changed my e-mail because I moved to U.S.A. so I could have the U.S.A. store. When I try to update some apps with my new e-mail, it asks me the password of the old e-mail, ahd that e-mail doesn't work because its not from U.S.A.

Apps are tied to the Apple ID that was used to purchase them and you will always need to use that ID and password in order to update them.
Saying that you do get to update them on your new details makes no sense at all.

the apps were orignially download with the old ID and are linked forever to that old ID. You need ot delete the apps and if you want them you need to download with your currrent ID

When saving filename with space, the space char convert to %20. How can i solve this?

Each time when i try to save a file. Firefox always convert the space char to %20. This is really irritating.

Thanks for trying to help. Maybe i did not specific my issue clear enough, each time when i try to download a file from my university elearning site. The filenames suggested by firefox automatically change space char to %20. I need to manually remove those %20 to space char again when i save the file, this is really not convenient. I tried on Chrome and IE, both of them do not have this problem with the same file.

I am using a macbook pro and a imac. I updated both to Firefox 5 yesterday. The imac is fine but on the macbook pro firefox behaves strange after restart. If I have more than one tab open, I can not go back to a previous tab. I am having the same problem. I even changed my password and updated all of my security information. Now it just gives me an error and retry message, which of course also does not work. Went to support and was going to open a chat (seemed the simpler option) and received a message that my support has expired for this serial number unless I want to pay $29.00. So I chose the option to call later, which was the exact time suck I was trying to avoid. Why wouldn't the new operating system also update the apps that were already part of my old platform?
