I was asked to update my Foxfire which I did but at one point it said I would be prompted to move the Foxfire icon into the applications folder and I was never prompted to do so, therefore I do not know what to do next.

The new Foxfire version was downloaded into my download folder but I was never prompted, as it said I would be , so move the Foxfire icon into the applications folder. Therefore I do not know where the process stands. It old icon in my dock upgraded or has nothing happeded. It seems as if the process somehow just stopped in the middle.

Outside of the contact number for that you've already used I don't know another way of direct contact. Here are some things that they may or may not of had you try that might help you. If you will go to the settings app and pick general on the right-hand side you will see accessibility. Within that you can adjust a text size make the text bowl you can also increase the contrast. You can also adjust the brightness and control panel.
As for Siri again in the settings app under general you should see Siri on the right-hand side with the switch to turn it on. If that is turned on and you're still having issues
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
Or if this doesn't work and nobody else on the blog doesn't have a better idea you can contact Apple.

Plug your phone into the wall charger for at least 30 minutes...make sure you have a sim card in the phone...then:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new.
Make sure you have no anti-virus software running or any firewalls...turn all of that stuff off.

I bought a $25 iTunes Gift Certificate to spend on, but I realized that this $25 iTunes Gift Card is for use in the United States only. So I created a new account (this account) to redeem this card. Since I don't really live in the United States I entered a random address and phone number in the process. I chose "None" for the Payment Method and entered my $25 iTunes Gift Certificate to top it up. So with that, I "successfully" created my account.
I was buying the $25 IGC to buy IAP for Ace Attorney Trilogy to play all the chapters, but then it won't let me purchase. It says "The payment could not be completed. For assistance, visit apple.com/support/itunes/ww/". I tried getting suggestions from the internet like signing out and back in and resetting the app and all didn't work. I managed to buy Limbo without hassle, but after I got back from class now I can't even download free apps from the store. It says "You must verify your payment information." So I tried to change my payment info (which is odd, since I chose none), and my billing address, but it won't let me. It says "For assistance, visit apple.com/support/itunes/ww/" again, even though I provided a very valid billing info.
Now I'm stuck. I bought a $25 IGC on that account and now I can't even download free app. I spent more than 3 hours and didn't get anything resolved. I can't even remove my balance to another account and my money is now stuck inside. I couldn't figure anything out from this. Can anyone here suggest me anything or help? Was asked to create a Library. I did, but....

I recently bought a new iPod Touch, and used the existing default Library to sync the new iPod in. Since it was bigger in storage than the older one, I never really synced the old one since there wouldn't be enough room. However, when I tried to sync the old one again since I cleared enough for it to fit into that, it asked if I wanted to create a new Library. I said yes, and since then I haven't been able to locate my default Library.
I did the option of holding on shift when launching, and found the default location of the Library. When I opened that one, it was still the new one I had created. Did I end up replacing the default Library with the new one?
Also, I never really received that message before when plugging in the old iPod,

Go to Accounts in System Preferences.
Click the lock to unlock the pane if it is locked.
Click Login Options at the bottom of the accounts list.
Uncheck the "Automatically log in as:" check box.
Select from "List of Users" or "Name and Password"
Click the lock as a safety feature.
You should now go to the login window when you power the machine up.

Follow-up to earlier question; you asked me by email to confirm that I asked a question. I did. The question was: if I don't get a prompt to drag the ff icon into my Applications file, how do I do so?

I downloaded the latest version of Firefox as requested. I was told to drag the icon to my Application file when prompted. The download was successful, but I never got the prompt. And so I still have the old version of Firefox (3.6.24) and the home page still tells me I'm using an out-dated version. So what do I do?

I cannot open Firefox without being prompted to drag the Firefox icon into My Applications. It also does not let me eject the drive while Firefox is open. If anyone could help, it would be appreciated.

I use a Mac. OS X.
I click on the Firefox icon to go online.
It opens up the drive that I originally used to install the update(3.6.15). I have to select open because it is an unknown application.
Firefox opens to the homepage.
I try to eject the drive.
It says "The disk 'Firefox' cannot be ejected because 'Firefox' is using it. Quit the application and try to eject the disk again."
I do that.
The same thing happens again and again.
I try to download the update again.
Same thing.
I won't download the Firefox 4 RC because it makes my online browsing very slow.

Make sure that Firefox gets installed properly.

Trying to upgrade to latest version of Firefox as recommended. Have downloaded file as directed. Then nothing happens. Tried to add troubleshooter and got: "Troubleshooter 1.1a could not be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 3.6."

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then best is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

I have installed the application to my applications folder and everything else is working perfectly. But normally, after you've installed a browser, the istallation disk icon that appears on your desktop can be ejected or deleted without detriment. Mine keeps coming back...

Please see the bold. If you're out of icloud storage, then you won't be able to backup to icloud unless you purchase more storage, but yet you said you backup to icloud.
If you really did backup to icloud no data would be loss - sounds to me that it didn't backup since you had no more free icloud storage space.
