Can someone help me to find a serial number for my Photoshop Elements 10 software, recently bought (as new) via e-bay. I have an adobe ID, have enterred the redemption code and been informed it is not "active" How do I proceed to install my softwared from the CDs? The plastic "label" over the code on the back of the box had not been tampered with.

Do you have the receipt? If you have proof of ownership, you _may_ be able to persuade Customer Support to help you out. I imagine you would need to scan and email that proof if it works at all.

My serial number for adobe photoshop elements 12 and premiere elements 12 does not work. On adobe.com it shows that the serial number I received is associated with adobe photoshop elements 9 and premiere elements 9. I have purchased those products in the past, but just recently upgraded to elements 12. I can use the the photoshop organizer, but can't open the photoshop editor.
You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

I currently use Adobe Standard CS 5. It was bought with the Education discount. I would like to upgrade to Creative Cloud and see that they have special pricing for existing customers that use past versions of Creative Suite. I am no longer in Education, so I will have to buy a full version. This is fine, but it won't accept my serial number for the discounted pricing. Is there something else I should be doing?

As above, when I enter the redemption code on the box containing my copy of photoshop elemets 10, I am informed it is "not active". I have contacted the vendor who says he has not had the problem before but so far has not helped me. How do I get a serial number so that I can download the programme from my CDs? All you need is wireless. If the DSL modem does not provide routing services or does not provide wireless, then you need to get a wireless/wired router. If the modem provides wireless, then that's all you need. Consult the user manual for the DSL modem or talk to your service provider.

Hi - I recently purchased a new iMac. I have a registered cs5 design premium package which is an upgrade - I have no disc for cs4 but have the qualifying serial number for it. I have installed cs5 via download onto my iMac but it is not accepting the serial number. Can anybody help. Does anybody else think that Adobe will loose a lot of customers by not providing any chat or call support for cs5 users??

Log in into your Adobe account and go to "My Products". You'll find a list of all the products you've ever registered with Adobe.

Can aperture help me obtain a serial number for a stolen lens?
Someone stole my lens at a wedding and I dont have the serial number because it was bought off ebay and I didnt bother to write it down.
It will depend on a number of factors. First is if the camera recorded the lens' serial number. If it did Aperture might display it but I don;t believe the serial number of the lens is part of the EXIF data Aperture stores. Easy enough to check , go to View->Metadata Display->Customize and see if it is there. There is a serial number entry but I believe it is for the camera not the lens.
Finally if Aperture is not showing it try ExifTool by Phil Harvey, it will display all exif data recorded in the image file.

Can someone please help me with this unfortunate situation?
The only way you can find it is using Find My Mac (or iPhone or whatever). Knowing your serial number does not help except if the police finds it and needs to identify it as yours.
If you didn't turn on the Find My Mac service (System Preferences>icloud), then you can't track it. -
Can not deactivated the serial number of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10
After a HDD crash must new installed Win 7 and Photoshop. Have Photoshop new installed and new registered with the serial number.
All was ol. Than comes an automaticly download with a update. By the next start of Photoshop I see the message, that the serial number id not
more valid. Than I start Photoshoü, click to deactivate, but nothing happens, only that I not yet once the series number can enter.
What can I do to reactivate and work again with photoshop ?

I think, my Information are not was perfect. Here is the complete Story.
My HDD with the operating System is crahed. So I have buy a new HDD and at first install Win 7.
Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 was installed on my second HDD. As I will started this, is it not possible.
Also log in by Amazon and new download the prograsmm and installed and registred with the Serial number.
Upto here everythings was fine. Adobe has accept the Serial number and was running.
Than I Switch out the PC and got to bed. On the next day after starting the PC and Adobe Elements 10
was the Programm still in Order. Apprx. a hour later I see the message on the Screen that Adobe has two Updates.
One for Adopbe Photoshop and one for Adobe Application Manager. Also I get to install both updates. After Updates I must restart
my PC and as I startet Adobe Photoshop I must ne registered the Photoshop program. And that was the Point, where Adobe
alway said, the serial number is not more valid. I have try to deactivate the Registration, not possibility. The entry is grea, also not usable.
I've than the Photoshop Program one more deinstalled, PC new started and ne installed. Without success, die serial number is for the program
still invalid.
And installed only the same programs as before the HDD Crash. No new or other, on the contrary, a few old unnecessary programs I have on this occasion de-installed.
What can I do ? I hope, tha you can understand my Situation, than my english is not the best
