I would llike to know why it is that I have as of yet been able to install my purchased product CS6

I would llike to know why it is that I have as of yet been able to install my purchased product CS6 Web & Design Premium, for WINDOWS. I feel that since I purchased this product that I should be entitled to be able to receive this products and the real program. Not a trial version, every time, I don't think that this is right as I paid   $ 1,800.00 for this product and therefore should receive what I paid for. I would like somonwe who has the authority to talk with me and tell me why I can not get My PURCHASED PRODUCT I PAID FOR OVER 1 YEAR AGO! YES CAN I PLEASE GET AN ANSWER, AND A GOOD ONE ??? wow YOU ALL ACT LIKE PEOPLES CONCERNS AND THEIR MONEY IS A GAME OR SOMETHING, WELL I CAN TELL YOU THIS IS NO GAME, MY MONEY IS NOT A GAME AND I FEEL THJAT THIS IS WHAT THIS COMPANY IS DOING TO ME AND HAS FOR A YEAR, CAN I PLEASE SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WITH WHOM HAS ANSWERS?

This is a user to user forum, so much of your complaining is misdirected.
Trial versions are no different than regular versions.  Most people start off with the trial version and convert it to a fully licensed version after they have tried it out.  A trial version is converted into a fully licensed version by activating it with the serial number you receive.
