ID you entered not found on CAD 8

Dear Guys,
I have a critical problem on CAD (Cisco Agent Desktop). i have 9 agent logged on to CCX 8.0.2 with out any problems. but when i attempt to log on new agent i can not log on. Agent receives error "the ID you entered was not found". i've searched all technical forum and follow these steps to resolve this issue :
1. I typed the user ID and password correctly because i can log on ccmuser web page
2. RM JTAPI user ID is configured as a member of the Standard CTI Enabled user group.
3. restart Cisco Unified CCX engine.
4. restart the Cisco Desktop Sync Server service
5.On CDA>perssonel>agent i found the user ID is missing, I run the Synchronize Directory Services on Cisco Desktop Administrator
transaction has been successful but  it still not solved so i try to stop and restart the Cisco Desktop Sync Server service but no succees.
is there any issue with Database?
if you suggest other solution please help me. if there is no way i have to re install the server.

    I have one customer who is having lot issues with CAD client . When ever Agents try to login on CAD client it displays the following error
    Agent ID not found , sometimes it works after two three tries or we  run Manual Synch from CAD Admin to fix the issue  ( although it also displays error " Error Occured due to one of the service failed to Launch") . Or as a last resort we recycle CTIOS/CAD server machines.

  • When a site is not found from a main bar entry (not searchbar) how to change search engine

    If you type 'not found item' into the main url address bar (not into the search bar), then firefox defaults to google.com and shows you the entry there. How can I change the search engine used by default there? - It is not related to the 'top' search engine you set for the search bar...so I am hoping there is somewhere else it is set rather than hard-coded?

  • When Logging in the user gets "The ID you entered was not found"

    I have UCCX v8.  All users can log in fine.  However, I have created a new user and they are getting "The ID you entered was not found".
    1.  The user was created in CUCM, extension made available to UCCX, and device associated to RMuser account
    2.  The user shows up in resoureces and I can assign them to a queue
    3.  The User shows up in Tools/User Management/User List
    4.  You can assign the user to a Team
    5.  The User DOES NOT show up in the Supervisor
    I have tried unassociating and re associating the user's device with the RM User account.
    I have tried restarting the User Desktop Synchronisation Service.
    I have deleted the User acount and recreated it
    I have reset the passsword
    When the user was deleted they showed up under inactive users in UCCX.  I deleted the user from here, recreated the user in CUCM, and the new user showed un in resources.  This suggests that synchonisation is workinhg.
    Anyone have any other ideas that I can try?

    You are not mentioned where you are trying to login is that CAD or Cisco supervisor desktop.
    I also got the same error while I tried to login as Supervisor but the same time I am able to login CAD without any issue.
    When I checked the user in UCCX it's not added as Supervisor so once I did I am able to login
    I did this in UCCX 8.0.2

    I have however made sure that this is the correct Apple ID and password that I am putting in. In the Mac App Store it works.
    Do you have any solution?

  • The serial number you entered cannot be found in our records

    Anyone know what would cause this.  I have a genuine ipod but Apple cannot find it in their system.
    Online lookup gives error message:
    "The serial number you entered cannot be found in our records. Please verify the number and try again"
    Any ideas?!.  The serial number I am entering is correct. I have checked this both in the software and back of the ipod itself

    I am having exactly the same problem, as well.  US Costumer service is trying to help me via phone (1-800-275-2273).  I am on hold now, 42 minutes deep, and glad I charged my phone before attempting the call. 
    I keep getting "escalated" to higher supervisors, but they have each been very pleasant, and sound earnest in their desire to help find a solution. 
    Update: While they couldn't find it in the main Apple Technical Support system, a Ms. Brandy (an "Agreement Admin"), was able to pull my serial number up on her independent Agreement area system.  They are putting together a kit for me to use to participate in the iPod nano (1st generation) Replacement Program now.  Not sure what that means.  Will advise soon (I hope). 
    Solved at 57 minutes! 
    Apple has provided me a "special" number to present at my local UPS store, who will package and ship the unit to Apple at their expense.  All they require me to do is take the iPod (and the unique identifier number) over to the UPS store.  The final manager I spoke with, a Ms. Gem, was equally delightful (i.e. eager to please, very approachable, and earnestly apologetic about my time lost on hold while they sought a solution). 
    In the interest of your time, you might want to suggest (early in the conversation) that they ask an "Agreement Admin" to look up your serial numbers as well... and have a speakerphone and something productive (or fun) to do, on hand, to ease your time spent on hold. 
    Final note: The pleasant Ms. Gem stated that it takes an hour (or so) for UPS to get the info they need to accept my drop off, and Apple is looking at circa 6 weeks on the arrival of my replacement back on this end. 
    Excepting the time lost, full marks to Apple for a nice service experience.  Grade: A

    Hi All,
    We are having this message popping up "You are not allowed to enter a tax jurisdiction code for country US" when we try to add an item to a shopping cart. SRM 4.0 Classic scenario.
    Also when i process the shopping cart and create a PO out of it, our R/3 4.6C dosnot let me release the PO and error message is :"no tax jurisdiction code found"
    I have looked at some of the earlier threads but i could not find a definite solution. Has anybody faced similar problems? Please let me know !

    How did it work? Do you have to implement any BADI's or SRM or R/3 side? As we are getting same error while creating Shopping Cart in SRM.
    I have checked the plant data in R/3 and Jurisdiction code has been maintained there.

    Hello everyone. I've just gotten onto this forum for support, because i have a problem with my account. I've looked other places but i've only seen something somewhat similar (i'm not sure it's the same problem).
    I recently tried logging on to my account in the iTunes Store (I haven't gone on in a while, but i did buy stuff and have a small amount of money on the account), and for some reason it had this message pop up after entering my password as normal.
    "The apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password was incorrect. Please try again"
    I knew it wasn't my password, but i tried anyways. I clicked "forgot password?" and went through all of that stuff to change my password to my secondary password, but for some reason it still had the same message pop up. I logged on completely fine with this forum thing and creating an account, but i can't access the iTunes store specifically or view my account. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

    I discovered the exact message with my iPod Touch (1st gen) today after bringing it out of storage. Unable to download any apps. Funny thing is, I am having absolutely no problems with the same Apple ID and password when using my iPhone to download apps.
    I've tried a restore on the Touch as well as a password reset and still cannot access the app store through the Touch.
    Is this problem only affecting the Touch or have any iPhone users experienced the problem? (Hard to say, as earlier posts are not indicating iPod Touch or iPhone)

    It is not clear if you understand what that message is indicating.  It is telling you that you need to identify the older version of whatever CS5.5 upgrade you are installing to prove that you qualify for the upgrade.  This could be CS5, CS4, etc.

    I purchased an acrobat upgrade for my Mac OS 10.7.3. I have the CS4 version and now I wanted Acrobat 10. Entered the first serial number no problem, the second serial number won't allow me to register the product. Even after a reinstall of Acrobat 9 just to verify the serial number was correct. Is there a stand-alone serial number that I am unaware of? I can't find it in the CS4 Design Premium collection packaging...
    Gautham K, You make it sound like it's a one or the other when entering the old serial number. On my system you have a dropdown to choose the current version you have currently installed on your machine and then the serial. The "next" button stays greyed out.
    Additionally adobe "call back" and "schedule call back" pages are down on the web site currently.

    I was trying to post a comment on a support group site. I was asked what web address I was using, or something along those lines. In hindsight, I stupidly typed a '?' and pressed send. Now, when I try to access that site I get the message "404 (page not found error)

    2. 2) You haven't uploaded content."
    How can I fix this.

    I spoke with a Dell technician about this problem. He tried to access the site in question from his computer, i.e. separate from my computer, and he also got the same "404 (page not found error)". He said the problem lies with the site itself, not my computer, and that I should notify the site. Problem is I can't notify the site if I can't access it.

  • New Firefox 8 opens in 'about:home' page and whenever I enter any website I get into Google other than Google, I get a 404-Not Found error. Have tried all suggestions found in help so far with no fix.

    Entering any website, such as www.facebook.com or www.yahoo.com, for example, directly onto the address bar reads a 404 error. Entering them onto the Google entry bar, I get a Google page that looks more like Ask.com before getting a 404 error when clicking onto it.

    A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
    Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

  • Directory Utility: "Name and Password you entered... do not match."  ????

    Happy New Year all!
    OS X 10.5 Server I think is slowly trying to kill me. I've had to re-install the system 3 times in as many months because of corruption with user accounts.
    What I am struggling with currently is Directory Utility. All clients have accounts set up on the server. If they are local (plugged into the LAN), Directory Utility works like a champ and configures the desired services as advertised. However, when they are remote from the site, Directory Utility is able to locate and communicate with the server and offers to set up all services (just as when connected to the LAN), but when asked to authenticate an error message states:
    "The name and password you entered for the user account on the server do not match."
    It makes no difference which username (standard user or admin) I try. At the same time those laptops that were configured locally but used remotely continue to work perfectly communicating with the server.
    Reading through the forums, I saw some (related?) suggestions recommending making changes to the options under the "Services" tab within Directory Utility (like unchecking LDAPv3). But I haven't found a combination of changing those options that gives me success. Someone else having a similar problem speculated it might have something to do with being behind an airport or router messing up the authentication. ???
    Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions about this?

    Ok Hannah. I have just had a bit of a read of some articles on the net and it seems that getting Hotmail to work with Mail.app is not easy.

    It starts off talking about mail on iPhone but towards the end there are some ideas about getting it going on Lion.
    It seems that an alternative is to try a plug-in for Mail.app that handles the communications with Hotmail. You may want to look at http://www.hawkwings.net/2011/07/26/hotmail-yahoo-and-lions-mail/  for some links. Note that I don't have Hotmail so I can not vouch for any of this.
