IDOC_AAE in integrated configuration and condition based routing RCVPRN

Hi,
we send IDOC's from an ERP system to our PI 7.3 system. The IDOC_AAE adapter is configurated inside an integrated configuration. The routing should base on the RCVPRN context field. But in that case the sending process exits in SM58 of the sender system.
If I use the XPATH based condition with RCVPRN of the EDI_DC40 structure the sending process succeeds.
Are the context fields not filled/used by the IDOC_AAE sender adapter?
BR,
Daniel

Hi Daniel, I can confirm this behavior, context objects for Idoc adapter do not work with IDoc_AAE. I also have to use XPath. Regards, Martin

  • 1 CSQ and Skills based routing

    Hello,
I have a quick question regarding 1 csq and skills based routing.  We have a customer that wants 10 different numbers pointing to 10 different scripts but would like to have only 1 CSQ since they only have 10 agents to do all of the work.
This may not even be an issue but wanted t make sure before I started scripting.
The first  number gets called (lets say HP)  and routed to correct script. Call goes thru the script and to the CSQ...the agent has a skill 10 for HP and skill 5 for Cisco and will receive the call .  Second number  gets called (lets say Cisco) and routed to correct script and dumpted to the same CSQ...another agent has a skill 10 for Cisco and skill 5 for Microsoft...so that agent will recieve the call (?) Can you have multiple skills within 1 CSQ without having any issue?   Will these affect the call routing to the agents?Does the script have any bearing on how the resource is selected or does it only send the caller to the CSQ and the skills are what  determines which agent is choosen?
I am trying to determine whether I should have ony 1 CSQ (for all 10 scripts) or have different CSQ's for each script.   Again they will have about 10 agents fielding all of these calls.
Any suggestions would be appreciated !!
    Thank you.

Not really. If a contact at the same priority has been waiting longer in another queue, that other contact will be offered to the agent first. Remember that skill competency levels only apply when there are more resources (agents) available than there are contacts (callers). The RmCm subsystem uses the competency level assignments to determine which of the multiple available resources to choose.
You - I think - are asking the inverse: When I have multiple contacts waiting and a single agent becomes available. In that scenario, the contact waiting the longest across all CSQs that resource is skilled in will be offered first. The RmCm subsystem does not consider competency levels in that scenario, only whether the resource is skilled at all in that CSQ.
If I were the consulting engineer, I would ask questions such as this to stear the conversation.
You have two or more customers waiting. Are both the same priority to the company?
Yes: Why do you want to penalize one customer who has been waiting longer because the person who is capable of helping them isn't the ideal person?
If the employee is not capable of helping them, then they should not be skilled in the CSQ.
If they are capable of helping them, then help whomever has been waiting the longest. Likewise with the second call when another resource eventually becomes available. It may not be the other person's primary skill either; but, if they are in the CSQ, they should be able to help.
In the rare scenario that both calls were really that difficult that both "secondary" people couldn't handle it, let the agents swap the calls manually or call the customer back. If the group is only three or four people, this should be pretty easy by standing up and talking over the cubical wall; or, using IM.
Relax a little and let the ACD subsystem figure out how to find a live body. If you're busy, it isn't as important which live body it is, is it?
No: How can we identify this during IVR? (E.G. "If this is a network down emergency, press one.)
If we can identify a delta in priority of contacts - regardless of CSQ - during IVR, we can then increase their priority to ensure they are answered in a timely fashion.

  • Configure Start conditions based on ibase\ and Customer Fields ??

    Dear friends,
We have enchanced transaction types(document types) using Easy enchancement workbench (EEWB). Therefore we have a new tab(customer screen) in all the transaction types we use !!.
This tab has customer fields in it...
Now the requirement we have here is that we have to send Emails based on these customer fields and ibase and component.
How can i create start conditions based on the customer fields and ibase which are not present in object type BUS2000116(default) which is currently reffered while i create start conditions.
I know that i can create new object type(using swo1) and let it be have inherited supertype as BUS2000116 and then inside the new object type i can have my attributes( ibase and those customer fields) inside the new created object.
Is there any way of incalculating the customer fields and ibase \component in BUS2000116 ( by default it does not have these) ???
Assuming that i created new object type, how do i make use of this type while i am configuring conditions.
Any help would certainly be rewarded.

    hi again,
Can anybody take some time out and guide me plz...

  • CIN - with TAXINJ and "condition based excise determination"

    Dear All,
Can I use TAXINJ with "condition based excise determination" for CIN implemenation. We already have TAXINJ and some plants are already working on it.
If anyone already using the same, please share the problems faced / experience.
Actually I done settings for above scenario, but while GRN I am getting Message as " BED, AED and SED for the excise item is zero". And BED not getting populated while doing GRn.
I have created a tax code "C1" and assigned to company code.
THen I have maintained condition record for JMOP in FV11 for BED. ALso settings done J1ID.
PO is created with this tax code C1, taxes are getting calculated when
checked at Invoice tab at PO.
But while making GRN message comes "BED, AED and SED for the excise

  • Down payments configuration and condition AZWR value 0.

    Hi,
I am trying to configure the standard down payments but I have the following questions:
1º ) I have configured the condition type AZWR with all the requirements from the manual, condition 2 and the calculation formula 48 but I donu2019t know which position in the pricing procedure has to be located the condition AZWR. It read something that has to be located just before the Tax Condition, my question is that the only requirement. Donu2019t you have any example of one pricing procedure? Because there isnu2019t anyone standard to check in the system.
2º) I have set the billing plan with the billings documents for example 40% FAZ 20% FAZ and 40% F2 however the condition type AZWR in the pricing procedure still with value 0. It doesnu2019t seem the right situation. It should have the value of invoices FAZ.
3º) I bill the first invoice FAZ and the condition AZWR doesnu2019t appear in the invoice due it is value 0 in the sales order I suppose so.
4º) It is possible to assign 40% of the one invoice FAZ to one invoice F2 and the rest 60% to other F2. If I can configure correctly the condition types and the pricing procedures.
    Thank you in advance.
    Best regards.

  • Dehydration Store and Header Based Routing

    Hi
Can anyone please tell me the brief meaning of BPEL Dehydration Store and ESB Header Based Routing in simple language with example?
    Thanks
    Deepak

    Hi,
Would suggest you to read the link http://www.oracle.com/technology/pub/articles/bpel_cookbook/blanvalet.html.
Hope below statements from the above link will make you clear about Dehydration Store:
"all successfully executed process instances are stored in the Dehydration Store. Currently a BPEL instance is saved in two tables after the instance is completed: cube_instance and cube_scope. The former stores the instance header information: domain, creation date, state (completed, running, stale, cancelled), priority, title, and so on. The latter stores the state of the instance, (variable values and so on). By default, both tables are used to store a completed instance."

  • Configure Action conditions based on Ibase

    Hi,
In the transaction CRMC_ACTION_CONF I would like to define a condition for an action that tests the IBASE component of the current solman document?
How to define the condition based on Ibase?
Kindly help me out at the earliest.
    Thx,
    Waseem.

    Hi,
You can create an action which will call a method that you will develop. This action should be called continuasly, ie you will not schedule any start conditions. In your method you will put your conditions, so the action will be called every time your z fields or your ibase will have certain values. In any other case your action will not be executed. Then, in the z method you developed, you will trigger the program to send automatically mails in the recipients you want to.

  • Can we do MAC Address based routing in ASA5540

I have a network setup where two servers from inside need to communicate with a remote network via 2 VPN gateways. The destinations are same.
However, the chalange is each server need to follow it's own VPN gateway. Since i can't configure PBR (policy based routing) in ASA, can i configure something like MAC Address based routing. I can't use destination based routing since the remote network are reachable from the both VPN Gateways.
    Advise needed.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi
I am not shure i follow you correct here.
You want 2 servers to speak to the same network but over two different vpn units ?
If this is so then this could work
Just set the route to the other network on server 1 to the vpn gate 1
and route the other network from server 2 to the vpngate 2.
in windows the command is route add.
    good luck

  • Push Notifications to end users and Conditional Success Screen Name ?

    Hi,
    Scenario: PO Approval
Description: I am developing a PO approval application with 3 levels of approval. The HWC application is based on the push notification ( DCN with payload ). When a PO ( Purchase Order ) is created/modified the end user will get the notification. Once the first 2 levels of approval is done from the mobile devices the notification should reach the 3rd level for approval. And Conditional Based Users only View there Profiles, If an User1 Approved PO Approval then only User2 Will get Push Notification but  for User3 it will not Visible, Oncethe User2 Approved then Only User3 will get Push Notifications and these 3 Profiles have to be log in Based on Condition Name & Conditional Success Screen Name.
Question: How to set to which user the notification should reach. In the "to" field of JSON when I am providing "supAdmin" means the notification will reach all the devices who has the application. Once a PO is created the notification should reach only to user in the first level. Once he approves the PO, then only it should reach to the user in the 2nd level. And finally 3rd level.
Here Conditional Name is the best way to Log In or is there any other way to show the User based Log in Details, Because Here I am showing a List of Items Based On Log In,  and Based On Log In user Has to view there List of Products and Status.
    How to manage this situation.
Midhun VP can you please help me on this.
    Thanks,
    Vamsi K

Yes, DNS is is fundamental for networks, even for Windows networks. The DNS is working well for the existing Windows network and there are no problems in distributing certificates etc.
There are more than 150 users and 180 devices on the network without DNS problems.
I don't know how to discover a DNS problem... Windows works well.
DNS resolves fine... dig does it for "a" records and "ptr" records. nslookup resolves, too.
When the problem is a faulty DNS, why does the usage of users/devices from OD work with Profile Manager?
Renaming and/or migrating the ActiveDirectory is not possible. First, I want to be sure that there is a faulty DNS.
The .local TLD is not optimal for Bonjour/mDNS but I can't believe that there is no workaround

  • Integrated configuration (PI 7.1) throws error when do 'Test Configuration'

  • Using new 7.3 Integrated Configuration Directory Services Objects

I am trying to use the new IntegratedConfiguration objects. I can get the wsdl, create the classes and run everything in my local PC. However when I try to deploy the generated jar file in the PI 7.3 ESR it fails because some of the generated names for the Integrated Configuration resources are too long...longer than 180 characters.
    Here is the error:
Unable to import zip file COP_PI_GL_Integration.jar. Names of
        entries wsdl/com/sap/xi/basis/rootwsdl_IntegratedConfigurationInService_IntegratedConfigurationInImplBean/rootwsdl_importedwsdl_1_IntegratedConfigurationInService_IntegratedConfigurationInImplBean.wsdl,
    wsdl/com/sap/xi/basis/rootwsdl_importedwsdl_1_IntegratedConfigurationInService_IntegratedConfigurationInImplBean/rootwsdl_importedwsdl_1_IntegratedConfigurationInService_IntegratedConfigurationInImplBean.wsdl
are too long. Names can have a maximum of 180 characters
I tried shortening the names of the files before I generated the client for the Integrated Configuration and changes the name for the load in one of the files. After this change I was able to make the code work on my local machine and could upload it to the ESR. However, the code fails in PI because the static constructor does not find the resoruce...I suspect because the name is now different since the name of the file I used to generate things was changed but the actual resource name in PI has not changed.
In short, how can I add IntegratedConfiguration to my jar file in a way that will allow me to upload it to the ESR?

    Hello Martin,
first of all thank you for your response!
Did you also face the following error?
"JAX-WS deployable proxy is instantiated with 'new' instead of been injected. Cannot find WSDL URL for service [class com.sap.xi.basis.IntegratedConfigurationInService]" occures in the method "getPort"."
Is it possible that this error is also caused because of the wsdl file and its' location?
What did you change in the wsdl file? The binding? Where did you store the wsdl file and how did you access it with your client? Code snippets are to much to ask i guess?
    Looking forward to your reply.

  • Terms and conditions for materials

How do the Terms & Conditions appear in SAP.MM when a materials order gets cut?
Can SAP handle multiple legal Terms & Conditions?
One set of Terms & Conditions for materials orders and another set for service orders??

We had implemented a similar requirement at a client.
    The solution is as follows:
Have separate document types for Materials and Service POs.
Create separate standard texts (tcode SO10) for the legal terms and conditions for materials and service POs. Use them while printing.
In our case, we had separate legal terms and conditions based on material or services, the company code, etc. We had standard texts for all these and controlled it in SAP script (Version 4.6C).
    Hope this helps,

  • Content based Routing Vs Message based Routing

    Hi friends,
Can u plz differentiale Content based Routing and Message based Routing?

    Hi,
Content based routing is when the receiver is determined based upon some value in message i.e for a field 'a' receiver is A but if its 'b' receiver is B.this is determined at runtime.
While message based is normal routing
