IDOC sending on sales order creation

Hi,
When Sales order created, an idoc generated and sent to MII system.
If MII system is shutdown, idoc is not preserved in SAP ECC system.
We want SAP ECC system must preserve IDOC on MII disconnection and send it to MII when connection established.
How can we achieve preserve IDOC and send when connection established?

What is middle ware system to transmit the IDoc from SAP to MII, you can ask to middle ware system to retain the IDoc file with them until MII system will be up.
As I know In SAP it is not possible from standard way to check if MII system is down, there would be no Idoc will be transmitted, but you can write an code in IDoc transition FM module with help of ABAPer as to check the RFC connection with MII is down don't transmit the IDoc, and wait until the MII RFC connection is up.
You can control this by background job by assigning you special program, which will check the connection with MII and then transmit the IDocs.

    We are trying to trigger Idoc from sales order creation and change we have done following setting mentioned below:
    Follow the below steps:
    1. Go to NACE transaction
    2. Select V1 application and select OUTPUT TYPES
    3. Select the required output type and double click on Processing routines.
    4. Enter Medium as DISTRIBUTION ALE, Program as RSNASTED and Routine as ALE_PROCESSING.
    5. Save it.
    message type ORDERSP in the distribution model (BD64).
    Follow the below steps to configure the condition records:
    1. Go to NACE
    2. Select V1 application and select CONDITION RECORDS
    3. Select the requred output type and click on Condition records
    4. Selection screen will be displayed.
    5. Go for execution. In that screen enter the selection criteria. For eg Condition record is based on Sales document type. Then
    Sales doc type = OR
    Funt = SP
    Partner = blank. It means there is no restriction on partner numbers.
    Medium = A
    date/time = 4
    Lan = EN.
    Note: partner is left blank means, the sales order of type OR can be send to all partners.
    6. Save it.
    We also done ALE configuration.
    We are facing problem that from VA02 "No output has been selected for printing Message no. V1102"

    Please check the total error description and diagnosis as below :
    InVa02 enter SO  go to extras->output->Header->edit.You can find a table with all the triggered output types. Choose the output type BA00 with medium Distribution ALE and go for 'Processing log'. It will show you the error description.

    I know how to change the description of a material using ALE Change Pointers.
    I will give the following few steps
    1) Tcode BD61---> check the change pointers activated check box
    save and goback.
    2) Tcode BD50---> check the MATMAS check box save and comeback.
    3) Tcode BD51---> goto IDOC_INPUT_MATMAS01 select the checkbox save and comeback.
    4) Tcode BD52---> give message type : matmas press ok button.
    select all what ever you want and delete remaining fields.
    save & come back.
    5) 5) go to Tcode MM02 select one material and try to change the description and save it
    it will effects the target systems material desciption will also changes
    6) goto Tcode SE38 give program Name is : RBDMIDOC and Execute

  • Sales order creation -pricing- IDOC processing

    Hi All,
    Issue is related to pricing procedure and condition types while processing the IDOC for sales order creation.
    The condition type ZSTD maintained in the pricing procedure AAAA, has reference condition type as ZZZZ, when we are processing IDOC, system is throwing error as " condition type ZZZZ, is not maintained for A V AAAA.
    This error will not populate when we create the sales order manually.
    Kindly let me know if programs needs to be checked and or any configuration mistakes involved in this.

    Status 51 reads "condition ZPRL is missing in pricing procedure A V ZPRINT, WE are not passing any value as a part of tsting. The system should pick price values from condtion record.

  • Change Transportation Zone in Sales Order creation

    Hi Gurus,
    I am looking for an user-exit to overwrite the transportation zone for the ship-to party while creating the Sales order.
    Actually the order is getting created thru IDOC. The segment E1EDKA1 with PARVW 'WE' contains all the data including name, street, city, phone etc. But there is no option(field) to send this transporation zone (LZONE). In the sale order creation program, it is automatically picking it up from VBPA for the customer. I need to overwrite this one with a different value. Is there any User-exit available to accomplish?
    For your information its PO-SO process. A KBZI order will be created. Using the PR generated from this order, we need to create the PO that in turns automatically creating an Intercompany Sales Order ( thru IDoc). In this second Sales Order, I need to overwrite the transportation zone based on the initial order.

  • Sales order creation, standard event trigger is taking long time .

    We have a requirement where we are sending data to CRM system using RFC function module. This data is sent while sales order creation or change. We have used standard event BUS2032.CREATED to trigger CRM FM in sales order creation mode. In sales order change mode, we are using custom event. In production system, our custom change event is getting triggered fine and data is sent to CRM system with small time lag of around 1 minute. But, while sales order creation, standard event trigger is taking long time ( sometimes about 20 minutes) in production system.
    We tried triggering same custom event at the time of sales order creation using FM u2018SWE_EVENT_CREATE_IN_UPD_TASKu2019 as well but, still we are not able to improve performance of the event trigger at sales order creation.

    we have written SWE_EVENT_CREATE in update task
    I think instead of calling in update task simply call to function module CALL FUNCTION "SWE_EVENT_CREATE" might trigger the event immediately.. Did you try to check in this way..
    OR
    And I also suggest you to check the entry in SWE2 txn with respect to your workflow tempalte, may be you have enable the option ENABLE EVENT QUEUE, this could be one of the reasons.. If it is enabled please disable it (uncheck)

    Messgae Type : LOIPRO and IDoc type : LOIPRO01
    Actually my requirment is to send the (LOIPRO01 )IDoc from SAP R/3 to XI system ,when ever the Production Order Created and Changed,
    I have done following Configurations:
    1. RFC Destination created for XI system
    2. PORT was created for XI
    3. Partner profile created WE20 and LOIPRO01 IDoc is added in OutBound Perameter.
    I need to know how to do the followning.
    1. How do i configure the outbound Production order idocs when Production Order is created or changed.
    2. in NACE (Output control) which is the Application for Production Order.
    3. How can I set IDoc as output Type for Production Order Creation.

    I know that it is the old thread but still want to get clarified from you out of curiosity.
    Unlike other IDOC, i actiavated change pointers for LOIPRO
    1.message and idoc type is linked
    2.function module , message type , idoc type is linked
    function module used is CLOI_MASTERIDOC_CREATE_LOIPRO
    3.BD64, distribution model is created and distributed
    4. port and partner profile is in place.
    5. IDOC is not getting generated after creating the process order.
    do we need to activate the change documents for the message type in BD52,
    if yes can you please provide the object types for the same.
    or i am missing something else. please guide me in this regards.

  • Want to send the Sales Order No  in Alert message

    Hi,
         my scenario is  IDoc to File.  suppose due to sme validations my message got failed in any where. immediatley I'm  sending an Alert to End User . But as per the prsent devolopment End user is not understaning  that which Sale order got failed. End user is not capable to open the Hyperlinks of the message monitoring . So, user is asking to send the Sales order no inside the Alert message (Mail) .
    is it possible to send the message content also inside the Alert Message (Mail)

    Since the salesorder number comes from the payload....you need to introduce a BPM here....there is no other option than this to get a value from payload into alert message..

         I have one requirement , i.e  Our Client has one wish that  for every customer he is fixing some line items means 5 or 6 line items.  IF it is less than that sales order will not create for that particular customer and it needs to show warning message .
    How can i achieve this .

  • Generating purchase order idoc, when a sales order is created

    Hi folks,
           we need to send purchase order idoc from SAP to some external system. Once sales order is created, it should automatically generate the purchase order idoc and send to the external system....Any document showing step by step configuration to do so? I have basic knowldege of ALE and IDOC...please suggest me the configuration steps in detail...

    Hi,
    1. Configure the IDoc with message type ORDERS and basic IDoc type as ORDERS05 (You have to follow common step-by-step approach)
    2. Configure Message Control to automatically generate IDoc whenever a Sales Order is created. (I mean output type)
    So whenever a Sales Order is created, output type will generate an IDoc.

    I have seen in matmas that there is a flag for the deleted mark, but i can´t see it in the sales order, is there any flag in orders05 when the sales order is deleted, does the system send an idoc when the sales order is deleted, how?

    OK, it still finished, just only last question please.
    In the head table CDHDR appears the sales order with the 'U' field indicating that it has been updated and in the CDPOS table appears all the positions with the 'D' flag indicating that has been deleted, is it ok or how could i know that the whole sales order has been deleted?.
