IDOCs identification of fields Using qualifier for Mapping

Hi All,
I have IDOC ORDERS05, in which my Quatation deadline date E1EDK03 , in which in IDOC when i trigger and check in WE19 i can see E1EDK03 repeating 3 times with different qualifier , i need to Map tp my target structure , i dont know how to Map, where as 3rd one E1EDK03 which is giving me
Quatation deadline date with a qualifier 011, so how to do mapping in this case , please help me

Hi Sridhar,
It is better to write UDF(Advanced) and pass entire context of that segment .
User for loop in that put condition to get required date.
UDF gives good result compare to simple condition.

I have checked in the documention of the bapi and no communication structure regarding to the bapi is there so i am not able to figure out where to add the custom field so that it can be added in the MKPF table.

IDoc to File[EDI] using seeburger BIC Mapping Tool

Hi Gurus,
I'm having a scenario of IDoc to EDI FIle, I'll be using IDoc DESADV.DELVRY03.ZDELVR0X; Kindly advise steps needed in BIC Mapping Tool. I've already referred to this post /people/dijesh.tanna/blog/2008/05/25/sap-pixi-content-conversion-using-generator-mapping-functionality-of-seeburger-part-1 but still can't get it right.

How to use XSLT for mapping feild names one by one to array element

I have a XSLT case to map all the attributes feild name(not value) which has no child to the target, which is array loop.
I give an sample below.

I tried whole day but no successful

Using XSLT for Mapping no XSLT intellisense

I'm using XSD files created with HL7 Accelerator. These schema's use some imports to external librarys. So if I open these XSD files with the xml-editor in Visual Studio I allways see an error on the import "could not find file" because the
schemalocation is not an file-location it is a reference. I understand that this the way it is used for BizTalk I know this will be resolved.
But because of that the XSLT intellisense does not work if I use one of these schema's. Is there a way around this?
(And Yes I've set the key in the register to True, I've tested in another XSLT and there it works).

Have you considered using stylus studio. You can generate the xml instance of your schemas and use it , it gives you intellisense also you don't need to execute your map to test that. In case you have this software consider the following points.

Problem with decimal fields using BADI For PD Infotypes

Hi,
I'm implementing BADI HRBAS00INFTY.
For reading the fields of infotype , I'm using the substring
of the field NEW_INNNN-VDATA .
I have a problem with fields of type DEC.
In field NEW_INNNN-VDATA it looks like this : '####'
I believe that the possible reason for this is conversion from DEC to CHAR
But I don't know how to fix it.

Hi Alon,
We had same issue. Use following code.
data: hri1011_str type hri1011.
move new_innnn-vdata to hri1011_str.
HRI1011_STR fields will have decimal values.
Let me know if you still have any issues. If solution works, kindly do Point Recognition.

Missing IDOCS with status "qRFC used to send IDoc to SAP system"

We are running ECC6.0 (HR System) and are sending IDOCS to XI (PI7.0 SP10)for mapping before they end up in a 4.7 system.
We have implemented the Queue processing here: /people/community.user/blog/2006/11/04/how-to-serialize-idoc-xml-messages-fed-into-xi
We have two queues set up for different countries (Eurpoean roll out) and they have different Message Types for the same Logical System.
We have been getting serialitazion issues due to IDOCS not being sent, although they are showing in ECC6.0 as sent, they have not hit XI or subsequently the Target System.
On the whole, this has worked well for a while, but over the last week, something has effected the consistency of the correctly sent IDOCS. We had an update error with the Update Work Process, which left lots of short dumps, but this was fixed, but since then, we are getting these strange anomalies.
I appreciate this strange behaviour, but has anyone come across this before?
More an SAP than an XI issue, I think.... But as I appeciate your repsonses I added it here!

03 does not mean the idoc is delivered, it does only mean that it was sent to port.
The status that indicates that the idoc was delivered is 12 (idoc dispatched).
For getting this status a report named RBDMOIND has to be run/scheduled.
After this if the status becomes 12 the idoc is delivered otherwise if it is still 3 that means the idoc is still there.

HI,
U can disable the control record segment and in the IDOC adapter use the option apply control record from payload.
If you have set the Apply Control Record Values from Payload indicator in the receiver IDoc adapter, the following fields are filled from the IDoc-XML payload:

Idoc qualifier for field ihrez segment e1edp02

I am using field ihrez of segment e1edp02 twice for posting the reference ( ship to ref and sold to ref)...I could find the idoc qualifier for ship to reference is 44 ..what can i use for sold to reference.. can somebody help me with this please.

Passing Changed extended fields using ALE-IDOC to receiving system

Hi all,
Please tell me how passing changed extended fields using ALE-IDOC to receiving system can be achieved. Is it possible by Chnage pointer concept.Do i need to do some coading after data enters into receiving system as it is required while creating the entries in database table.
For ex. in matmas05 extended for classification and inspection view and then created using 'CREATION'
related bapi.Do i also need to incorporate the changes by change related bapi or ir can be handled by change pointer concept.

=> Looks like you have extended standard IDOC here. so you need to find User Exit or BADI for the Push program to populate the additional fields. Yes, it is possible thru change pointers as well.

=> Yes, as suggested in 1 try finding User Exits/BADIs.

Here i have 2 custom Idocs
First IDOC for Creation
second is for Deletion/Changing
Based on the condition from RFC it should trigger either one of the IDOC above.
Please provide me the procedure to do in IR and ID..

muti-mapping scenario, and the propose I gave to you should fit

Trouble with mapping CMR field using Sun One Studio

I am having trouble adding a cmr between 2 entity beans. It is a simple one to one relationship, navigatable in only one direction. In the database I have a foreign key defined between the two tables that store the data for the beans.
I add the relation by selecting the 2 beans and define it as one directional, one to one , with the name "bb". I then map the relationship field via the properties/As Sun One tab. I use the foreign key defined in the database. All seems to be well.
Using Sun One AppServer 7 and Studio 4
Upon deploying the application I receive:
CMP Mapping Error in bean Sites:: Warning: The field bb is not mapped.
Set the column mapping for the field.

The CMR/CMP mappings is very instable.
Sunone Studio 5 has a lot of bugs when mapping CMP/CMR but i never saw this one, try to upgrade.
Please vote for this bug. It's killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EDI-IDOC documentation procedure for mapping

Hi All,
I came across a confusion about some T.Codes for IDOC documentation.
I want to know the difference between WE60, WE61, WE62 and WE63. All are using the same screen program and I m only authorized to use WE60.
I came to know that WE63 is used for download the SAP IDOC structure to PC for mapping with EDI. But why not others?
Please guide me on the use of these above mentioned TCodes and also the process of download to PC.
