These type of checks are found in some standard codings .. Is it required actually ?
I guess this is for the where used list of a particular message..
Or is there any other purpose ?

Hi,
Im using a standard text where ive written an IF condition but its not working.Im calling that text in my program using READ_TEXT, TEXT_CONTROL_REPLACE and TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE function modules.Im not using sapscript or smartform.All my dynamic variables are working fine but for my IF condition what is happening is IF statement is also true and ELSEIF is also true.The statement under if is also getting printed and statement under elseif is also getting printed.
Could anyone help please.

to my surprise, if conditions have not worked even when I used them as includes in ADOBE forms.
Please handle the conditions in your program itself.

Freight condition and standard price
Dear all,
if the material is based on standard price, if i have freight condition built in, it will not affect the standard price in material master.
may i know where the freight cost will go to?

PO Price = 120 INR
Freight = 30 INR
During GR, following A/c Entry will generated;
Stock Account - Dr - 100 INR
Price Difference A/c - Dr - 20 INR
GR/IR Clearing A/c - Cr - 120 INR
Price Difference A/c - Dr - 30 INR
Freight Clearing A/c - Cr - 30 INR -

Like SQL,PL/SQL file we keep it in PO_TOP/SQL directory
Shell Scripts file in PO_TOP/bin directory
RDF in PO_TOP/report...directory
Now i am confused here that we have to keep this Terms and Condition file in specific directory under PO_TOP
OR
we can keep it anywhere on Server in any directory.

Filter conditions for Standard Idoc processing
Hi Experts,
In BD64 - Distribution model , I have created filters for MATMAS based on Division, Sales Organization, Distribution channel and Material Type.
when I process the IDoc through BD10 - Send material it is not getting filtered based on the conditions set in BD64.
eg) I have created a material in a particular sales organization for which the data should not be processed through Idoc based on the filter condition set for sales org in BD64.
But now that the condition is not been checked and the Idoc is processed when i send it through BD10.
whether BD10 will not check for the filter conditions?hi asik,
partner in the generated idoc and in BD64 as a Receiver are the same.
I am using single filter group in BD64 ( Matmas ) for Division , Sales Org, Distribution channel and material type.
The filter group comprises the following filters:
Division - 01
Division - 02
Sale org - ABCD
Sale org - EFGH
Distribution channel - AA
Distribution channel - BB
Mtrl Type - SPAR
Mtrl Type - FNGD
These result in the filter conditions should be like
(Division 01 OR division 02)
and
(sale org ABCD or EFGH)
and
(Dst Channel AA or BB)
and
(mtrl type SPAR or FNGD )
Scenario for idoc processing
Division 01
sale org xxxx
dst channel AA
mtrl type FNGD
the Idoc should not be processed for the above scenario
but its triggering an Idoc when I test it through BD10. -
Hide enhancement tab on particular condition in standard transaction
Hi
I had a requirement in which i had to add 3 fields on the screen of standard transaction XK03.
As there are no screen exits for this transaction so i used BADI.
I created a screen and used class ZCL_IM_VENDOR_ADD_DATA_CS for badi.
No i am getting a tab on the screen, clicking on that user navigates to the screen created by me which has 3 fields.
XK03 has lot of check boxes on its initial screen, viz Address, Control, Payment Transactobs, Contact Persons, Accounting Info, Correpondence Withholding Tax, Purchasing data etc.
When Accounting Info check box is clicked then only on the next screen that enhaced tab should be visible.Otherwise it should be invisible.
I have searched for enhacement point in its standard program. But was unable to find the enhancement point at the right place in the program.
Kindly suggest what i can do to meet the requirement. If any clarification is required then revert back.

...with purchasing conditions, via standard extractor programms...

2. I open the InfoPackage (e.g. INIT_0RT_PURCHPRICE_PLANT_ATTR_Purchase Prices at Store Leve) and enter selection criteria condition type = PB00, and start the data extraktion
3. the following error message will be raised, saying:
Diagnosis
Condition type PB00 is not maintained in DM Customizing.
System Response
If you wish to use this condition type in purchase price analysis, you
must process the DM Customizing.
Procedure
Use an allowed condition type or process this condition type in DM
Customizing. To do this, you process view V_RDMT_P_COND_TY in
transaction SM30 .
Procedure for System Administration
My Problem now is, that View mentioned to maintain condition type in DM Customizing V_RDMT_P_COND_TY does not exist. Neither can I find any similar sounding table or option SPRO to maintain the condition type.
Does anybody hase an idea how I can extrakt condition type PB00 for POS Data Management?

MichaelLook in LBWE under the "Purchasing" node. Then expand the 2LIS_02_ITM extractor until you get to the "events" node. Under that node you will see which events will trigger a record(s) sent to BI. To further your understanding look into 0STORNO and ROCANCEL data elements as well as 0RECORDMODE. Those InfoObjects and data elements will provide control flags for your updates as records come into BI from PUR. Within the help files for MM-PUR you will find a document explaining the usage of 0RECORDMODE and 0STORNO for record management.

VPRS condition in export pricing procedure
Hi All,
I have done the configuration for export sale scenario. I created a complete cycle from sales to Billing and documents are getting created.
As there was no VPRS condition in standard pricing procedure for exports (JINEXPO), i have not included in my Pricing procedure. Pl note no "CIN" is introduced in our project.
My doubt is why "VPRS" is not included in the std pricing proced, and how cost will be captured in the export sale?

Where to store the PO: Terms and Condition file For printing it in PO
Hi All,
I want to add Terms and condition in my PO: Print output which is coming in PDF. I got the Profile name, which is --PO: Terms and Conditions filename. But i am not getting where i have to store the file on server and what i need to give the value for this profile. I had customized the PO_STANDARD_XSLFO template. Now only remaining thing is that i want to add the Terms and Conditions.
Should I hardcode it in the XSL-FO Template???
OR what value i should give to this profile option?

Creating condition(Price) records in product
hi,
I am trying to create condition records for a product.For a sales order (TA) i create, the pricing procedure determined is RVCXUS. But i dont see any of the condition type which matches condition type for a product (in F4) and condition type maintained in RVCXUS.
Please let me know where from the condition type(in F4) comes in a product. It will not include all condition type we see in spro?

I got your problem, actually the condition pr00 is not a CRM condition ( all standard CRM conditions start with "0" like 0PR0), it is a condition type of connected R/3 system, hence, for this condition type, there are no maintanable tables in the CRM system, hence, you can not maintain it in CRM. If maintenance for such condition records is required in CRM system, this must be set up in Customizing:
Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Pricing in the Business Transaction ->Define Mapping for Condition Types from Application BBP to Application CRM
or
I guess, you can maintain them in R/3 & do a delta download for your product master..!!!

Cross selling stop when find a condition type
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to use cross selling to bring a pop up window and the user can select the material, the fields that I'm using are sales org, distrib. channel, division and material group, I already performed all the configuration and when I create the sales order the pop up window only show one material because found a condition type in the access sequence and is not performing the following validation...somebody know what could be happening?

you can use cross selling. When you create entries for condition CS01 (standard condition for cross selling) for a material, you start entering all materials that could be sold with that material. To do so, double click on the material and you’ll able to add additional ones and quantities. You can use a single acces sequence for condition CS01.
When creating a sales order, a pop up will appear and you can select the materials you want to cross sell by entering a quantity in the pop up (if no quantity, they’re not copied).

The conditions used in master documents (contracts & Reg.Info),
are the ones on SUPPLEMENTAL PRICING PROCEDURES.
On standard customizing you can find RM00002 (supplemental pricing
procedure for item conditions) and RM00001 (supplemental pricing
procedure for header conditions).
Conditions types from this supplemental pricing procedures are the ones
you will find using the match code on the contract.
This supplemental pricing procedures are linked to your main procedure
on the Condition Type customizing (on standard customizing
schema RM00002 is assigned on cond. type PB00 and schema RM00001 is
assigned to cond. type RA01, for ex.).
Please, check carefully the notes related to your problem:

In Customizing menu MEK0, make entries under the menu options
'Calculation schema -> Schema groups' for the schema groups of the
vendor and the purchasing organization. Then enter the schema group of
the vendor in the vendor master. Assign the schema group of the
purchasing organization to the purchasing organization in transaction
OMFP. The schema group can also have the value 'Blank'. Depending on the
schema group, you must assign a condition plan for conditions (SAP
standard is RM0000) under menu option 'Schema determination'. For market
prices, you must assign a schema (SAP standard is RMMP00) to the
purchasing organization.
Please check also the transactions OMFO, OMFZ and OMFR.

SAP calculates % incorrect for PO and SO Conditions
When creating a PO or SO the Conditions at item level (both discounts and extra charges) related to % are calculated incorrect.
If the user enters a discount of 10% the system calculates a discount of 1% and if the user enters 100% the discount calculated becomes 10%. (10% of $100 becomes $1 not $10)
This error appears for all Conditions related to % so I assume the configuration of the Conditions are of a more global nature.
Both our Development and Test systems are working fine.

OSS has been consulted however they defined this as a configuration issue.
I do not agree in their judgment however this is where it stands now and hence I have posted this tread.
The Production System is not open for configuration so this is a real mystery to me.
I believe that if someone by accident did a bad config in Test and Development this error should also be found in these systems and not only in the Production System.
We are using a standard SAP Price Calculation Schema - RM0000 and all Conditions are standard SAP conditions both for PO and SO.
